Good planning, slightly annoying aftertaste.
Pros: booking and communication was great.
Price was agreed upfront, got messages and reminders of booking.
Cons: Driver decided to charge a 10% surcharge based I was paying by card, and not cash. either make it clear at booking time, or educate your drivers that it is not cool.

The driver was over 35 minutes late for an airport transfer. Almost missed my flight, also wrong pick up spot, made us walk with our 8 suitcases far.

Driver was late and couldn’t find the…
Driver was late and couldn’t find the apartment. Then was trying to convince me not to use a baby seat even though I requested one and needed one. Baby seat didn’t have an anchor point connected which I didn’t know until we got there. Was late to the airport due to driver being late which is hard with a child with a disability.

Sky Maxi Cabs: Disappointing experience. Only giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the driver was friendly and tried his best. I booked via email which was smooth enough. Made it clear how many child seats and ages of children. Got the confirmation email which only showed 1 baby seat, not 2 or 3 child seats as requested. Sent an email straight away to clarify and also asked for quotes for further bookings. No reply. Waited a couple of days. No reply. Online chat - no response. Phone - no one available. Emailed support AND booking email addresses again. No response. Online chat again - got Franky who confirmed he would put the two child seats on both trips. Taxi arrives - said wait in priority section so we lugged everything there. He couldn’t get in (it was busy). Said go to express section, which I couldn’t find. He did try and find us. Tried priority again, back and forward, kids and luggage in tow at 830pm. He eventually made it to priority and there were no suitable childseats at all!!! Taxi was falling apart.. warning lights flashing. But driver was nice enough and drove cautiously. Finally made it to hotel around 930pm after landing at 8pm to cold preordered room service. I cancelled my second trip with them. I sent an email to cancel and asked for confirmation- no reply.
In the end used 13CABS maxi taxis multiple times. App is awesome and set price. Tracking shows how far away they are. 13CABS MAXI taxis were all pristine and lovely drivers. Use them instead.

The taxi driver was late and car was disgusting
The taxi driver was late, smell as cigarettes and we were expecting a child capsule for a 6 month old instead we got an older childs car seat which was deteriorated and disgusting.
Trips to the airport are crucial; families plan ahead and time id paramount. Traffic or not the driver already should know this and not apologising over something that is your job. My family and I stayed in the cold for 30 minutes waiting for the taxi to arrive.
Please make sure drivers and taxis are in good condition as the prices you charged for at least deserved an upgrade van and carseat.
