Decent reseller hosting provider/price/uptime/support. Been with them for 7 years. They have ended it by suspending all resold account and main reseller account site without warning just because one phishing page. 2 phishing reports in one year is too much for them. This is the explanation "Upstream provider is strict on such abuse complaints. The server IP was null routed due to abuse. Further abuse complaints will lead to termination of entire server and we cannot risk it."

Public hosting reseller can not prevent abuse. Seems weird that they have so little control over their server/connectivity and so bad "upstream provider" that they are null-routing IPs/servers with many innocent sites and seems ignorant that they have suspended everything (most innocent accounts) + done it without warning + they were communicating the issue very slow even the ticket was in emergency priority. Later main account was un-suspended but no resold accounts allowed to be added and old accounts kept suspended.

My site is down all the time, not recommended if you want to open your website.

The technical support is terrible. They take more than 2 hours to respond. Sometimes more than 5. Servers crash all the time. The last time you were offline for more than 6 hours

Terrible experience, been waiting 1 week + just to resolve a simple issue that should only take one hour at most. Massive miscommunication and barely getting any help.

Bad Uptime and Bad Performance. I had a USA CHEAP RESELLER plan and I was told that my plan would be cancelled due to "high resource usage" without any notice / time to move off, where performance logs showed that its impossible for my site to crash the RESELLER HOST.

They are Simply the Best. My Reseller hosting simplyhost.com.ng have been with them for over a year now without a glitch.

One of the worst ever hosts for both quality of service as well as their customer service skills... they robbed my money as well when I asked for cancellation they still haven't adhered to their own money back policy so now having to file a chargeback... absolutely atrocious AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I am using skynet hosting since 3 years. I liked their customer service alot they fix all the issues and they are very friendly. Another advantage is that their servers are very stable and they rarely goes down.

Support forgot about a ticket for over a month, and the uptime was about 98.4%. There was 4 hours of downtime per day 2 days in a row. Stay away!

Never host your site and data with company which doesn't reveal any official document or team behind it

I used the geo ip reseller service for 2 months. The first month went well with some 3-5 minutes downtimes for 4-5 times a day, the second month was a disaster. I used the service for 6 sites including 5 ecommerce based on opencart. Sites were often unreachable or loading very slowly. 6-7 seconds for the first byte. I decided to migrate and got to the point of doing cpanel backups which was horrible. To download a backup of 400mb (the smallest site) it took over 1 hour. My advice, stay away.With this servers you will loose clients.

Rich in Features. They do not cut corners. We chose this company because the plans have a lot of storage and are highly affordable.

I've Used them for over 2 year on they SEO packages and I really like there services, They servers are fast, And they excel in customer support, there is always someone knowledgeable to help you especially on the technical issues. The only issues I would say is they took time (over 24 hours) to set all my SEO Hosting, yes even if its long time ago I still remember but from then things have been great.

I have always wanted to start my own reseller hosting business. After months of researching a whole bunch of hosting company. I decided to go with skynethosting. I subscribe the singapore reseller corporate package.

After few days of trying it out, i notice it was a bit slow at first, i talk to their support team, immediately they fix and upgraded my server.. now they very fast.. since then if i faced any issue, i just talk to their support team and they will sort it out for me immediately on chat, if there is any issue that need further checking they will respond on a ticket later.

price wise is very economical for all the features you receive.. i highly recommend this company.. i can assure you this is not a paid reviews.. haha.. i don't normally leave reviews online, but since i'm very happy with their service i think that's the least i can do to pay back the awesome support and service they provided.
