I am thoroughly impressed with these guys thus far. I was looking for a good Terraria hosting company. I did a google search and have tried 3 other companies. This one was my 4th and I wish I had started here. They have a FREE server to test everything. and it went smoothly. I set everything up and had it running in no time, The console is easy to figure out. and the speed of the service is incredible.
After testing a free server for 30 minutes I decided well before that time was up that these guys were the company for me. I asked on the web site how to move my service to a paid service with ease? They said NO Problem. Join discord and create a ticket. as they are faster to get things rolling if you do this step. So I did. Within 3 minutes I had an account created. Paid for my service and my files were moved to a new location. I am blown away!! Thank you guys so much and thank you Eddie from Discord for helping me move my files and set everything up. All at 6:30 AM on a Saturday at that. WOW!!

Customer service was amazing, if you ever have any problems and questions about the serving, they will have your back!

Eddie (Customer service) provided me all the information i needed to set up a server for terraria and i highly reccommed you guys to apply for the service if you want to play with your friends in your own server!

When I started with this site I screwed up and lost access to my account and I became very frustrated, but I was helped by someone named Walson and he was able to get me my account back as well as answer any other questions I ended up having. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone that would be interested and again I thank there Customer Service for putting up with me and helping me in any way they could!

started running an ark server many problems at the start but after getting help for 3 days it all worked. very friendly customer support.

Very fast response time from staff and great help in adding a modpack to the server. Gave me instructions on if I ever need to upload one myself as well as installing the current one himself.
