Excellent support every time!
I had an issue with paying my invoice, I was redirected from their Discord server to the website then had an issue where I couldn't create the ticket which was resolved through Discord. I was then able to pay my invoice after about 15 minutes of difficulties.

Helped me with exactly what I needed for my server and answered all questions.

Eddie is very kind, and and very quick to respond. Almost like an actual "bot". Eddie deserves a raise :P

Been using skynode for a really long time now, great host with awesome customer feedback. Do wish there are ways to make things like plugins and modding easier though, always a hassle for someone without much experience like me.

My opinion may be a little biased because I used to work with skynode but I still choose them for my minecraft hosting service because I know first hand the quality and care they put into their service. I'm glad to see they still have great customer service as I myself needed help with a issue and the support agent was able to solve my issue quickly after they picked up my ticket. I'll continue to use and recommend skynode for their hosting service.

They were very helpful and also got the problem fixed quickly and when I continued to ask them different questions they answered the very quickly and correctly.

My issue was solved without any error, the respond time was my biggest complaint. But the actual person who solved it was 10/10!

So, Helpful to manually install the tmodloader to my server when in trouble.

I opened the ticket with a simple question about my login but Walson ended up helping me set up my server jar and everything by the end of the ticket! So helpful, can't say thank you enough.
