Helen and Ali deliver exceptional service for our six dogs' transportation. They were brought over in two separate batches from the United States. The duo offered absolute support and displayed incredible expertise in navigating the ARC and customs processes for our pets. Immense gratitude to Helen and Ali!

I had the good fortune to be introduced to the team at SkyPets and I’m so thankful. They were absolutely amazing and helped me transport my dog from NY to London and handheld us throughout the process. They are professional, knowledgeable and very passionate about animals. I loved them.

Skypets International were terrific from start to finish. We were moving our 2 cats from Lome, Togo, to London Heathrow via Addis Ababa - flying with Ethiopian Airlines.
We unfortunately encountered a great many difficulties with our airline - there was trouble with the airway bill number, communication confusion from the airline, and the plane's pressurised cargo area from Addis to London was not working, meaning we were delayed for 24 hours.
However, at every stage of this 'experience,' the Skypets team (especially Helen) were incredibly supportive. They clearly explained every stage of the process, gave advice on how to deal with the airline, were calm and understanding when we had to change our arrival date, and worked closely with the HARC (Heathrow animal reception centre) to ensure our documents were all in good order so as to not incur any further delays or costs. Their communication was excellent and timely - even outside of office hours which we were very thankful for, and we got the sense they they really did care for the welfare and care for our cats.

Hand on heart you guys have been just the most fab, from start to finish.
I’m sure you hear it all the time. But this has been one of the most stressful things I’ve ever done, but you both had it handled from the very off and didn’t miss a beat.
I had to get about 5 separate quotes from differing companies, and I knew straight away you were the company to use. Organised, efficient, obviously knew your stuff inside out and none of this awful it’s going to be ‘about this price’.
In this day and age to find a company that won’t fleece you, take your money and drop the ball on customer service, and most importantly genuinely care for the animals is unheard of so from the bottom of my heart thank you. Thank you for your patience during my crazed emails and phone calls. Thank you for liaising with the onward travel companies, and making it all run so smoothly. Thank you for not leaving me in the dark when I didn’t understand the process. And thank you for being you.
Have panicked about relocating the dogs to the states from the uk, thinking they’d be traumatised (as Tato is fairly sensitive especially),turns out, other than bounds of energy they haven’t skipped a beat.

I transported my dog from London to Australia. I was very stressed (and admittedly not the easiest customer at times) and the team were amazing (in particular Helen who was an absolute star through every stage of the planning and travel). Also pretty well priced for the high quality service provided.

IF YOU'RE TRAVELING WITH PETS - SKYPETS IS THE ONLY WAY TO GO! I simply cannot thank them enough. Traveling with pets is not easy (I say this after speaking with multiple companies and feeling like it was going to be an impossible feat)... Then Skypets was recommended and WOW - THEY ARE TRULY THE BEST! Helen walked me through each step and was available for last minute/urgent calls, including navigating a cancelled flight my 2 cats were on to get them on my flight & expedited processing upon landing. We relocated from the UK to NY just yesterday but it felt important to post a recommendation quickly, while all of the amazing experience was fresh in our mind. Relocating comes with considerable stress but Ali and Helen did a fantastic job of making our dog Betsy’s move the least stressful part. They were incredibly responsive throughout the process which helped eliminate worry before it could begin and communication in the lead up and throughout the relocation day was faultless. We always felt informed and up to date with progress. We cannot recommend this company highly enough. They were amazing. Thank you so much

I am rather late in saying a huge thank you to Helen for putting my mind at ease several times when I was feeling stressed. It was a difficult process at times (in my case) because I was given incorrect information from my vet practice and the Australian Government then decided to move the goalposts from 10 days' quarantine to 28 days. HOWEVER, Helen virtually held my hand and Sally's paw all the way and reassured me constantly. You can be quite certain that no stone will be left unturned and I was advised by email and photos during Sally's move from Heathrow to Doha airport to Melbourne quarantine. (They were very good and gave me several updates). Sally was rather miffed when I picked her up for 'abandoning her' but that is just her - she is now delighted to run on sandy beaches and wallow in the warm water. Sally is camera shy so have not got any pics to show you. Once again, sorry to be so late in giving my grateful thanks.

Skypets handled the customs and entry into the UK of our cat from a flight from the USA. They communicated well to keep us up to date once our cat Moscow landed in UK and he was under their care. No complaints and a very happy cat when we picked him up. Would recommend.

Thank you so much, Sky Pets! Helen and Ali made moving from UK to the US with my dog a breeze. I was extremely anxious about flying him in cargo. Not only did they handle all the necessary arrangements with the airline and customs but they also were good at calming my nerves and counseling me on how to prep my dog so he was as calm as could be. There wasn’t an issue at any point in the flight, I dropped him off the night before at Gatwick and he was already waiting for me in customs in Tampa by the time I picked my bags up and got to him. Thank you so much! Definitely recommend Sky Pets for flying with your animal(s).

Helen and team were extremely professional and prompt throughout the entire process on my dogs travel from the US to the UK. They answered every question I had and were able to guide me through the process seamlessly. I knew nothing about international pet travel prior to this. On the day of the transfer all the paperwork was perfect and there were no issues clearing customs.

When we started our planning to bring Betsy back to the UK, Helen promised she would hold our very nervous owner hands and she did just that!! Very patient and kind when being bombarded by endless questions, made sure everything was in place before Betsy traveled and then met us at the other end in case of any unexpected hitches (there weren’t any). I just shipped my dog from the US and i am SO happy with this company! They kept in contact with me throughout the whole time from the moment she landed in the UK. She flew into Heathrow and was delivered to my brother in Chester. My brother said the driver was wonderful. He called him several times to confirm where he was. I also saw and heard him as my brother was videoing her upon delivery. What a lovely man! It was obvious he loves animals. I would 100% recommend this company. I had a terrible experience with the company I used for the US side of things so it was so refreshing to actually feel as though my little dog was being taken good care of.

Skypets absolutely saved the day when we imported our 3-year old dog from the US. We only discovered we needed a clearing agent about 10 days before we flew to the UK, but Skypets was able to help right away. They were extremely responsive throughout the whole process. They kicked off a preclearance check with LHR as well, which caught a few issues with our existing documentation. Skypets even reached out to our vet independently to make sure they understood the urgency of our request for updated documents.

Oh, and when we had a last minute request for last-mile deliver, they accomadated that with ease.

I cannot thank Ali and Helen from Skypets enough. We are so grateful to you for getting our pet safely to our new home. If you need to ship your dog to the UK, look no further, this is the company to use.

Helen and Ali were brilliant at dealing with the reception at Gatwick of my Canadian import puppy Clovie. They took the worry out of the proceedings and kept me well informed. They took good care of Clovie whilst waiting for clearance and brought her out to me a happy girl. Very grateful and would reccommend their services.
