There was a problem with my order and it was resolved quickly and professionally. Delivered on time.

Had to wait a few days for my delivery to arrive. But all good.

Chased up an order delivery and spoke with Molly who was extremely helpful. Within 5 minutes she had checked the stock and my order status and confirmed delivery was being arranged for next working day. Refreshing to receive such awesome customer service! 👍

Afraid to say that the other reviews are pretty much spot-on - Sky Plastics are either totally incompetent or deeply inconsiderate, or both.

I ordered on a Thursday morning, and the order didn't come until the following Tuesday afternoon. As far as I can tell, this turned out (for once) to be nothing to do with the courier - according to the tracking, they didn't receive the items I'd ordered until Monday! Would love to know what prevented them from being dispatched on Thursday or Friday.

Then, when the order eventually arrived, it turned out that a significant portion of the items were missing. I spent the entirety of yesterday afternoon trying to get in touch with Sky Plastics, phoning again and again but getting no answer. Eventually I got an email after 5pm, explaining that 'the depot' hadn't had all the items I'd ordered. So why on earth wasn't this flagged at the earliest opportunity, rather than waiting for my builders to open the boxes?! Were Sky Plastics hoping we simply wouldn't notice? Just unbelievable.

The upshot of this was that I ended up doing what I'd been trying to avoid, and had to purchase the missing components in a hurry and at great expense from whatever local merchants could supply them. If Sky Plastics had simply let me know on Thursday that they couldn't fulfil the order it would have given me the opportunity to go to another online supplier, ideally one that actually does fast delivery rather than simply hinting about it and then not actually doing anything of the sort.

The only thing that drags this sorry set-up above a one-star review is the chap I spoke to pre-delivery, about needing the order to arrive by Monday, who was very understanding and genuinely seemed to be trying to be helpful. My advice to him would be to a leave as soon as possible and go to work for a company where everyone cares about customer service, and not just one guy!

I would only recommend ordering from Sky Plastics if you have literally weeks and weeks spare for the order to arrive and be corrected in whatever way is needed. Certainly not a supplier you could ever rely on for something you need in a hurry.

Ordered over 2 weeks ago, spoke to them initially, gave 2 day delivery timescale, nothing and no communication for a week, promised again immediately after bank Holiday, nothing again , cancelled and now up to 5 days for a refund , very bad scamming almost

Ordered soakeway crates as they were shown as in stock. One week later I emailed them to ask where they were and they replied that they had only just got them in (despite origionally showing as in stock). It took a further week to then send them. Terrible service and they are very slow to respond or just ignore emails that you send them

Initially order in late May appear go well, some delays with product availability. When order arrived several items were missing, customer team advised they are awaiting stock. After four weeks, and repeated attempts to get in touch (emails ignored, phone ringing out) I had to go via credit card to claim back the missing items. I still haven't heard from Sky plastics, but other reviews appear to show similar experiences of late.

Weeks after order still no update on dispatch let alone being delivered, Customer service useless just keep saying “we will update you when items are dispatched”

Today 03/08/25 - Order placed and paid 27/07/25, contacted them via email to be told it’s despatched due to be delivered tomorrow(wed/thurs), tracking online not *live* as at 03/08/25 very poor customer service. No updates. Money spent on goods, goods not received, project delayed, no money to purchase elsewhere. I appreciate it is at least a 5 day delivery but NO communication /update. Well hacked off.

Avoid ; I ordered material worth £1000 for my construction project. It wasn't shipped for 3 weeks with no email or call to explain why ; after chasing I was told that items are not in stock. 1 more week passed and was told on chasing that they are moving depots so don't expect anything for further 2 weeks. Eventually cancelled the order- refund has still not sent after 1 months - have chased over email and calls atleast 6 times. Fraud company , avoid at all costs. Construction project ended up being delayed as well due to this. They don't care about the customer at all.

I ordered two cable ducts on 24 June and they did not tell me that it wasn't in stock. After waiting too long I cancelled the order and have been promised a refund on three occasions. I always have to chase them, their accounts team deserve to be shot as they are not customer focussed.
I’m pleased to say that they have now refunded in full. I just could have done without having to chase them.

ordered two manhole covers [at nearly £200 with delivery] and only one turned up - when questioned as to why was told only one in stock and another would be sent out. three weeks later still no cover and no refund recieved. still chasing for refund. Joke of a company. Avoid

Placed an order on 25th June 2025 and still haven’t received it by 14th July.

They promised delivery last Friday—nothing arrived. Called today, and after three hours, they still have no answers.

Avoid this company—you’ll waste time, money, and end up with nothing delivered.

Great value for money, good quality products, very pleased will definitely use again. Highly recommend this seller.

Ordered drainage pipe online.
Received an email on the day of delivery to say they did not have the items in stock, would we like an alternative? As this was sent by email it dod not get picked up until the next day.
We called and agreed to take receipt of the alternate - next day they rang to let us know that they didn't have the alternative in stock either!
We cancelled the order there and then.
Nearly 4 weeks later we are still waiting for our refund. They have not answered our calls, and they have not responded to emails.
29th June - still waiting for a refund

Great service, quick and easy. Would recommend!
