We spoke to Beverley at Bluewater who…

We spoke to Beverley at Bluewater who was lovely and absolutely brilliant at equipping us with everything we needed to know about mattresses, beds, sofa beds and massage chairs that are on our wishlist for a new property we have in development for next year. The flexibility to custom order and hold items in the warehouse / pause production is super helpful, especially for us moving into a new home. Will definitely be back in a few months to order these items for our new home next year.

Huge delays and matress arrived dirty.

I ordered a bed and mattress on 31 August and they were scheduled to be delivered on 15 November. The website mentioned delivery within15 days but when I called on day14 I was told the lead time for delivery is 8 weeks(2 months!).
The matress arrived dirty, poorly packed with the plastic being torn in many places. On top of this the delivery team refused to deliver unless they had 3 men - why would they send only 2 men in the first place, to carry such a heavy and bulky item. I can't speak about the product, I ve waited so long and really need it, otherwise I would definitely return/refuse delivery. They market high end products but in my experience they can't deliver, need to sort out their logistics.

BAD EXPERIENCE


I had high hopes for the Sleep8 bed, but I ran into a major problem during delivery. There were no measurements provided for the bed’s dimensions in the description, which caused a huge headache trying to maneuver it up my narrow stairs.

I regret purchasing the Sleep8 bed. The lack of clear measurements for the headboard and overall bed dimensions led to a disaster during delivery. It simply wouldn’t fit up my stairs, and I had no idea this would be an issue. This kind of information should be clearly stated before buying. Because of that I have to pay £250 to fix the problem.PLEASE DO NOT SIGN THE TERM AND CONDITION BEFORE YOU READ.

Excellent customer service by Sleep 8. Words cannot describe how accomodating they were with my order and even though I had to change my delivery address due to unfortunate events the whole team (and especially Hasib) made sure that everything went smoothly. As for the product itself Sleep 8 provides top quality products. Highly recommend them.

Not very good customer service

Not very good customer service, the staff are rude and evasive if you ask for their name. So basically they are happy to sell you the product but do not provide a very good customer service later.
