SleepMD Anti-Snoring Mouthpiece 

Don’t waste your money. 3 weeks since ordering and nothing received. Emailed support twice and no response. Apparently it is on its way from somewhere in china. But the tracker hasn’t updated in days. Not holding out hope. If it does turn up, will be getting immediately returned. Wish I had read the reviews first.

Scam, they say they will refund if you return it for any reason. It is a lie. They offered to refund less than 50% of the paid price.
It's outrageous!

Not only did it not help it hurts my mouth. made me drool every time I sleep alot! On top of that it hurts my teeth in any configuration I've tried. Definitely a scam!

total scam. it was too small to make the right teeth impression and then kept falling out. The 30 day trial is non-existent. I asked for my money back and they would only refund 20%. don't waste your time on this product.

Absolute crock of shit. The mouth piece is so shallow that it doesn’t grip your teeth, so it just sits on top of them. First night I woke up with it on the floor. Not going to bother with trying to get a refund.

Don’t order from SleepZee. The device did not fit for me. I contacted them to get a refund because their website clearly states they have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee to refund your money if the product doesn’t work for you. After contacting them several times they refused to refund my money and they refused to answer my questions about the guarantee. This is a scam!

This company is dishonest and irresponsible. They’ll do anything to make a couple £.

They don’t let you know that you can’t use the device if you have suffered from TMD unless you open the pack to read the instructions. Once you have opened the pack, they won’t refund you. And the free trial is bogus. Scammers - do not trust!

Device is poorly made not designed for an adult and a rip off of a reputable Australian product with MD at the end of it's name. Endless backwards and forwards got me a 35% partial refund. It shows the importance of research prior, I am irritated I fell for this. Don't try using it unless you want to damage your teeth and ingest endless BPA's.

The product never arrived. The company claimed it had been returned to their depot, but was unable to explain why. When I emailed I was asked to provide my address again and they would reship. They didn’t! So when I complained they asked me to provide my house number…it doesn’t have one, just a name. Asking me to confirm my address 3 times is stupid…I know where I live, I have lived here 26 years and no other company has a problem. The product was ordered in June, it’s now August, still no sign. Doubly galling are the ‘How was it’ customer surveys they keep sending.
Zero stars.

Total scam. The fit is ridiculous. The 30 day risk free trial is only for unused item and not for on sale items. How is that a trial?

Terrible product, damaged my teeth. When reported I was told operations team is looking into it..Thats several weeks ago..

I ordered the Sleepzee device and cancelled within five minutes due to medical reasons. Despite contacting Sleepzee immediately via email and phone, they claimed the device had already been shipped. I provided evidence that my cancellation was within the 60-minute window advertised on their website. However, I was told I would need to return the device at my own expense. I've contacted Sleepzee four times for a refund, but have received no resolution. This company is not as it appears and may be fraudulent. I have reported them to Australian Consumer Affairs. Do not order this device—it's a scam.

The product is for children, I wish I had never bought it but I returned the item and got a full refund. They are not an English company as portrayed, so the postage was £20.00 which I had to pay for the return. Just don’t buy it.

Wish I had read the reviews before placing my order which by the way, comes from China.
The product itself is not fit for purpose & is definitely not designed to fit an adult.
They will not issue a refund so there is no 30 day free trial.

Scammers, should have read the reviews first. Returned within the time frame but they refused to refund even after paying an extra £20 to return the item.
Worst of all the product does not work as it is for children not adults. Bunch of criminals.

Only came back to write a review after a horrible experience in January because someone asked me about the product this weekend.
Item arrived open and dirty, one of the items was missing and box was ripped - took a picture for them.
1) They kept asking to see the full item - impossible since some was missing.
2) Would acknowledge that the state I received it in is unacceptable to put in anyone's mouth.
3) Last contact was them asking for a video instead of picture at which point I just gave up.

This product is not designed for a smaller, female mouth. It was poking my cheek with the sharp corners in the back. Why are the plastic edges not rounded off? Of course, once you try it out, it is not returnable. No satisfaction guarantee. You also can’t review on their website, so I imagine the 5 star reviews are fake.

We ordered a snore device . It took 2 weeks to finally arrive from China. It appears to be a knock off product and does not look, feel or function like the advertised product. The company advertises a "30-night risk free guarantee" but when we reached out to get a refund they said they could not take it back if it was opened. How the heck are you supposed to test it for 30 nights if you don't open it?!?

Item was sent out delivery failed due to address being incorrect. Item was returned to sender. They refuse to give me a refund even though the items tracking clearly states Item returned to sender. I wouldn't go anywhere near them. £30 gone
