While going in to purchase our bed we had a good experience although I did ask if they were coming out with a new bed and that’s why the i8 was on sale, I was told no. After purchasing and not having I such a great experience with the bed, I stopped in the store yesterday with some questions about the sleep score & the HRV they said oh we do t have e answers to those questions. You would think of your spending that much on a bed that the employees would be able to answer questions. Not very happy a the moment and will reach out to customer service.

Been looking for a good mattress for years and finally decided to stop in to sleep number & super happy that I did. Scott at strongsville was able to help us get what we wanted! Super sweet super patient super honest. Although we haven’t received our bed yet we’re very satisfied so far!
Amazing
From start to finish, the entire experience was fantastic. Finding the perfect bed and bedding was easy, the delivery and setup went smoothly, and our salesperson was truly outstanding. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to purchase a Sleep Number bed!

A few days ago, I received a text asking how we are sleeping and if there were any questions or concerns.
Most companies don’t reach out after they’ve already gotten your money, so this was a welcomed surprise.

HORRIBLE "customer service"! I would give a minus star rating if it was available!
I needed a replacement mattress, however, the website cleverly omits posting all but 3 minor replacement parts and prices. I wanted to know the COST for replacement mattresses.
Chats & calls go to the Philippines. I could not understand the agent on the phone & asked for someone with better English. Instead of helping me, the agent HUNG UP the call. There is NO excuse for failing to provide customers with agents who speak understandable English and certainly no excuse for hanging up on callers.
I tried a chat...I waited 41 minutes before an agent responded. I asked for the price of a replacement mattress for my 11-year old bed. I stated clearly that the mattress was LEAKING.
The agent kept following a canned script with lengthy questions about troubleshooting the problem etc. and finally asked me if the mattress was leaking...DUH. I already told him that if he had bothered to read my question! Dealing with people who don't bother to listen or read the information you have already given is inexcusable.
I wasted almost an hour just trying to BUY a product and SPEND some money with this company. After this nightmare experience, I will NOT purchase from Sleep Number again, ever.
The bed we purchased was expensive and should have lasted trouble free for much longer than it did. We already repaired a leak after 5 years. When the mattress continued leaking air and developed a dip in the middle, we decided to replace it. We are not obese and don't have kids or dogs jumping on the bed so there is no reason for the collapse of the mattress.
The "warranty" is WORTHLESS as the terms are impossible to follow. You are required to have your original sales receipt...it was probably discarded long ago. No matter, the warranty is prorated to credit you almost nothing over time anyway.
Overall, this is a terrible company to do business with. The mattresses are generally comfortable but severely overpriced. You are paying for extraneous (useless) items like monthly emails with your "sleep rating", heart rate and other bells and whistles that aren't useful to me.
Save your time and frustration and skip Sleep Number.
i have had a Sleep Number since 2015…
i have had a Sleep Number since 2015 and I couldn't be happier. I used to change mattresses every couple years because I wasn't comfortable, but not any more! The adjustable head/feet has been a huge help with neck, back, and knee problems.I went into the local store recently and the rep was wonderful to work with.

The deliver guys were top notch, extremely efficient and thorough, with the delivery and setup of our new mattresses. They were so nice and helpful with the Sleep Number app.

Sleep number bed is amazing. I am a disabled veteran. I have sleep apnea and chronic back pain. I would always wake up tired and achy. With the sleep number bed I know sleep alot better through the night and don't wake up sore.

I really love my sleep number
I really love my sleep number. It can seem expensive but its an investment in your health. I have the adjustable base and my go to sleep number is 40. I've slept so much better since investing in this bed.

we are returning sleep number…
we are returning sleep number customers. we have given them a lot of money over the years. we decided to upgrade our mattress to a climate cool one. so pretty spendy. the mattress itself is not what our issue was. its the underhanded sly way they bean you if you decide to return it. i guess the person to blame would be the salesman. we specifically said that we did not want a bed that required an app. so we had to buy a remote. well, after we get the mattress, we find out that you do indeed need the app for the responsive air to work! they also do not explain to you that you CANNOT return the base (which you HAVE to buy for the mattress to work) oh and you also get chrged $350 for them to come pick up the return. and no, you cannot take it to the store yourself to return it. so in the end if you want to do the return, you get very little of your money back. so beware!!
We purchased many items
We purchased a headboard, a dual king Sleep Number bed and base, numerous cotton sheet sets, separate/door warming padsand a beautiful headboard. We have had our bed for a good while and couldn't be happier.
