Return mix up handled well
I bought two items from this shop. I didn’t find the sleep mask I bought comfortable so I sent it back for return. I was accidentally refunded for both items and was allowed to keep the one I didn’t return as a gift. It was lovely gesture.

I have always loved SNUG's products - the eye masks have a silky smooth material so are really comfy to sleep in. Recently I received 3 items as a Christmas gift, the palm themed hair wrap, shower cap and padded sleep mask - I love how quirky the patterns are.
