Scam! Trial period without possibility to cancel. Im pretty tech savvy so im not new to trials. Tried to cancel after two days as already have two main mobile numbers (tried SLICE bc needed a quick spare coz all these socials and shopping sites always needing a silly number to register).
Anyway tried to cancel trial after two days and ABSOLUTELY NO OPTIONS. Then they charge you and automatically roll you over to their FULL PAID plan after 7days THEN only THEN DO YOU SEEE THE OPTION TO CANCEL.
Very cheeky. Not the way i expect a new digital company to run. Disappointed. Had to take time out of my day to msg them and get a refund. Very deceptive way to get money. I can imagine the thousands and millions of people they’ll probably do this to and who don’t have the technical background or time to bother chasing them up and boom! Free money for them by offering a bang average ‘free’ 7 day trial! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Really happy with Slice - it was easy to transfer my number and their roaming for Europe is great with no crazy charges.
The app is easy to use and everything is very clear and easy.
They also send fun, friendly messages which I love, it makes a change from the usual boring telecoms company!

PATHETHIC SERVICE!!!
MY ESIM DISSAPEARS EVERY OTHER DAY randomly! All bars gone, no signal. And I am sick and tired of reaching out to them again and again and hearing them find excuses or blame APPLE update for it.
Its been going on since past 3-4 weeks now. I've been patient all this time but its getting ridiclous now. IVE BEEN LEFT STRANDED ON THE ROAD BECAUSE I RANDOMLY HAVE NO CONNECTION WHATSO EVER THANKS TO SLICE.
I CANT STEP OUT OF HOUSE UNTIL I CAN GO TO SLICE HELPLINE, ASK THEM TO SHARE A NEW ESIM EVERYTIME AND GO THROUGH THE DRILL OVER AND OVER AGAIN. ITS RIDICLOUS.
I have NEVER in my life used or witnessed such a pathethic service. WHEN ASKED ABOUT SPEAKING TO A MANAGER, THEY FIND EXCUSES FOR THAT TOO AND NEVER LET YOU SPEAK TO SOMEONE. JUST KEEP CHATTING WITH A ROBOT LIKE PERSON AT THE OTHER END.
AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL SERVICE AND EVERYONE MUST AVOID THEM.
WILL BE TAKING THIS FURTHER VERY SOON!

Brilliant network and the app is straight forward to navigate and setup. Signal is generally excellent and the plans are great however I do feel the Middy plan should be at least 100GB. The main thing that drew me in was the roam like home of up to 30GB which comes in very handy for me. I have been using Slice for 7/8 months now and I have also recommended others and by doing so I have received £45 in rewards.

Its as if someone somewhere is listening. Don't bother reading further. Just download the slice app free 7 day trial. The app is a work of genius runs like butter. Has all the options needed such as generate a pac or move esim to another device. The speed test has been constantly reliable peak times speed was reliable BUT more importantly the ping was nice which ment everything just works. Web pages load in a instant. Apps download in seconds I really hope this the way of things. I will update

So far so good. Seamless transfer of number from previous provider over to Slice mobile. Roaming works well too.
My only gripe so far, connection speeds are not as good as I was hoping considering it's 5G. Maxing out at about 45mbps and was hoping it was gonna be a little quicker. Other than that, no complaints from me.
UPDATE 01/07/25 - Slice team reached out mega fast, made a few tweaks and now getting about 75mbps. Definitely no complaints from me with their customer service. Benny especially is the dogs doodahs!

Worked well for a few months. Then just stopped. Apple said the device was okay and told me ut was a provider issue, the help I got from slice was very poor. Still couldn't get it work and they just said "we can't help you" the day after they took payment for a month. Then they tried to tell me they were not going to refund me because I had used data. Clearly I hadn't because it had stopped working 3 weeks prior. Very poor service. They did refund £10 but I had to argue to get that. It was a problem their end because I purchased an esim from a mainstream provider and it worked straight away. Poor customer service and assistance. Started well ended very poorly and would recommend

There is no doubt that slice is a good network. They certainly have great speeds and brilliant coverage where all others totally fail. So far very happy, only one small gripe and an issue I have come across is that they seem to be handing out a lot of recycled numbers. May not seem like much of an issue, but I cannot create a new Amazon account as they state my “new” number is already in use with another Amazon account.

I live in a flat where there is no Internet at all as it's in a built up area . Slice is fantastic to use the Internet indoors as well as outdoors and the prices are fantastic
