Not a very good experience at all
Not a very good experience at all. Yes the quote prices are good but thats about it. Email only correspondance but slow to reply to questions about policies. No phone numbers at all for when you just have to speak to a person, and yes it is all in the smallprint but just not worth the hassle. Then to ice the cake so to speak they rip you off when returning your deposit less than 24hrs after starting the policy. Beware all that glitters !!!

We try to reply as quickly as possible with emails, and can see we generally responded within a couple of hours at most, but I'm sorry this didn't align with your expectations.
Regarding your issue, I can see this related to incorrect information that needed to be changed. Unfortunately, in this case, cancellation was the only route to be able to do this.
