Then they wanted my ID next to my face. I sent these. A month went by, I was told 3-5 business days. Well they escalated it today, and I was told the PDF files I provided need to be PDF files and original. I of course only got this far by coming unglued on customer service. They also require a $1000 playthrough on a $25 deposit because they give you $100 to play with. This is insane by every definition. So I then went and contacted support again asking to file a complaint as it's been a month and I get told I didn't upload the original PDFs. She asked the nature of my complaint, and I let her know how I felt. I have also filed a complaint with casino.org today as this is just ridiculous. She assured me that I would be contacted by someone within 3-5 business days. I asked "Okay great, so I can expect a response in a month when I reach out to YOU?" If you want the truth? This is an absolute scam. First they had created a fake app mimicking a local casino. I didn't catch that. I signed up for a 300% bonus, expecting a playthrough. It stated it was a 30X playthrough.
