They are not refunding the money, I have used just for testing. A complete fraud! Really this is the first time I experienced something with company.. wonder what happened to the world. Stay Away..

We do issue refunds in cases where the product wasn’t a fit or only lightly used for testing. In this case, the account saw more extensive usage, which is why it didn’t qualify under our policy.
We aim to be fair and consistent, and we’re always happy to review specific cases if something doesn’t seem right.
They claimed free downloads. Then said I needed to pay for the download after making me wait. I only needed one item and they made me jump through hoops to put it behind a pay wall. scammers.

Free downloads refer to models from the community gallery. Creating new models is part of the paid plans.
We try to make that distinction clear and will keep improving how it’s communicated.
The app promised to be able to make product designs. It couldn't effectively. What made me write this review - their secretive subscription model, where you get NO updates when they charge you... The age of reputation is here. This app has lost its. Andreas Edesberg, Avi Latner, and Øyvind Sørøy Are names to remember.

Cette entreprise ne respecte pas le temps d'attente par reponse, ni les clients. Parle mal comme ci nous etions copains et en plus fait galere pour des remboursement. Je déconseille ce genre de système, n'est pas de confiance

Franchement, je suis très déçu par Sloyd AI. La qualité des modèles générés n’est pas bonne, il y a beaucoup trop de triangles même sur des surfaces planes, ce qui rend les meshes sales et peu adaptés à un vrai projet de jeu. Ou pour de l’optimisation propre, ça demande trop de retouches derrière.

We’ve made meaningful improvements to mesh quality since this was written, and we’re continuing to push on that.
I used Sloyd to generate about 30 game-ready assets for a Unity project in a single afternoon, something that would have taken me weeks doing it by hand. The image-to-3D feature alone saved me hours of modeling time, and the exports came out clean with no extra cleanup needed. If you are building anything in Unreal or Unity and need assets fast, this tool is hard to beat.
