I am extremely happy with the service provided by SLS Solicitor. Before seeking advice and services from the SLS Solicitor, I had spoken to many solicitors and agencies. My situation would have been resolved by issuing a Section 8 notice to my tenant but to my surprise, everyone advised me to go through the longer route (Section 21). I was told that taking the Section 8 route is not legally correct. I was really baffled by their justification because I was sure that Section 8 was a better option. I spoke to Mr. Sheik and within a few minutes of our discussion, he assured me that I could go through the Section 8 route. At no point, did he put me in doubt by saying that I had to pick up an option and they would help me. Instead, I was given 100% assurance and he was dead sure about the outcome. Many times during the long journey of getting possession of my property I felt scared thinking what if the decision doesn’t come in my favour or unnecessarily gets prolonged. Mr Sheik was more than 100% confident and calmed my nerves every time. Finally, the decision was made in my favour.
What I found was that once I had handed over the case to the SLS Solicitor I would have got the same result at the same time even if I had never made any call to them for updates or bothered about progress. Their process and people would have taken care of everything seamlessly. I am grateful to Mr Sheik and the full SLS Solicitors team for making this possible.
I would highly recommend them for any legal issues. Another important aspect of the SLS Solicitor is their fees without any compromise on the quality of service and support provided. I don’t think it would be easy for anyone to match or beat the price without compromising on the service and support.

INCOMPETENT SOLICITORS!! SLS majorly undervalue cases, fail to take and retain adequate instruction about my case/losses
6 months in they switch file handler and ask me to resend all lost information and evidence. Tried tricking me in signing documents which undervalued my case by half. SLS cause more stress than the disrepair, I'm having to take it further to a negligence solicitor. Below is feedback from SLS stating the issues are resolved but they are NOT!

Stay clear of this company they backtrack and what they say after sending the part 36 offer then decide they need evidence stay clear of this company its cause this much stress of the house in Disrapare at self it was on a no-win no fee basis and that clearly shows because they clearly didn’t want to do any work or put any effort into it.

I'm absolutely disgusted with the service

Lack of communication, didn't get any email acknowledgements. Disappointed that my property was not inspected properly and i feel that i have not been compensated the correct amount. I have emailed with these concerns but as usual i have had no acknowledgement or response.

Efficient, friendly and get's the job done. Highly recommended.

Relentless. Submitted a form then when they called me I explained I didn't want to go any further. I'm now getting at least 5 calls a day and have 21 voicemail this week from them. LEAVE ME ALONE.

The solicitor (Ashley Leung) was really helpful during the process against counsil, the team managed to come up with a good deal from defender. I am very satisfied with the quality of service.

This service has been very successful for me as my mum has been suffering in condition which is not safe for her, despite the Solictor trying there best to get the landlord to resolve the issue which they still have t till now at least we have received a compensation.
