I ordered two samples to help me decide which to buy as a gift . The samples arrived very quickly and were very well packaged. There was also a hand written note inside and a little werthers sweet ! How lovely is that . I will definitely be using small aromas again in the future .

Great business model (slightly jealous I'd not thought of it). Quick delivery (ordered on Friday, came following Wednesday). Fragrances look, feel and smell authentic. Nice little personal touch with the sweet and handwritten note. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Prices aren't the best in comparison to some other sample sites and shipping is a little slower, but if they have what you're looking for, you don't mind waiting an extra day, and don't mind spending a bit more then it's a great place to get samples from (and you'll still save money compared to blind buying and ending up with entire bottles that you don't even like). All in all I'm very happy that I found them, and have already placed a second order.

This was my first time ordering from Small Aromas, and I must say I’m really impressed! They stock niche perfumes that I couldn’t find on my usual sites, so I decided to give them a try and I’m so glad I did. Shipping was super fast, communication was stellar with updates at every step, and the perfumes were packaged very securely. I also loved the thoughtful touches ; the handwritten note and the Werther’s candy were such a sweet surprise! Will definitely be ordering again.

Such a lovely experience shopping with Small Aromas! I have quite a niche perfume taste, and since full bottles are often expensive, being able to trial scents first is so important. I accidentally forgot to add a fragrance to my order, but when I reached out, they kindly provided a free delivery code so I could purchase it separately and they shipped it together with my original order. Truly above and beyond customer service!

Every package is beautifully prepared, carefully checked for leaks, and always includes a thoughtful little extra (a Wetherspoons original mint). I couldn’t be happier - thank you, Small Aromas!

Such a pleasant buying experience. The samples are sent out promptly, very securely packed. The packaging is so lovely. It’s just a joy to receive samples from them and you get a little sweet too. Samples arrive in small glass bottles which is a bonus as I had plastic ones leak in the past, also it feels more premium this way. They put care and effort into providing us with perfume samples, I can’t fault them at all.

I'm obsessed with this company. They always have what I want, they post quickly (free over 30 quid), the packaging is cute and reusable, the customer service is top notch, they give you a little handwritten thank you note and you get a little sweetie. What more could you want?

I ordered one sample scent, which arrived very quickly and was not only packaged very well, but felt personal to me, with a personalised hand written note and a werther's original along with the well presented sample of EDP. Although this might not sound like much it's nice to know time and care has gone into sending something small like this out. I really appreciated and will definitely be a repeat customer. I bought a scent sample which I know very well. What I got was not at all what I ordered. It was labelled as such but definitely was not correct. I contacted the company and they did agree to fix the problem if I could provide a handwritten invoice etc. However, they mentioned knowing people in a town near me and said they could send someone to pick the item up. I bought from a website. I did not expect that my address may be shared with others. I certainly don't appreciate the thought that people could come to my home after I complained about my sample not being correct. Even if it is to fix the issue. That doesn't seem right. I gave a star for packaging.

I very rarely write reviews unless I’ve received exceptional service. After trying several other UK scent sample companies recently and being underwhelmed/ not certain a perfume is genuine, Small Aromas are now my go to store. Everything from the choice to the packaging to the incredibly fast shipping has been wonderful.

Dainty eco friendly and careful packaging, fast dispatch, beautifully presented in the wrap and really good quality sample atomisers which I have never seen anywhere else. It’s a great selection on the site too, and such fast response to a customer query. Absolutely flawless.
