très bonne réactivité
Une équipe jeune disponible et soudée. Quelques questions sans réponses de la part de mon interlocuteur mais j'encourage les jeunes qui ont de la bonne volonté de réussir.
Un système smart, simple qui à l'air de fonctionner.. à valider avec le temps.
Une assurance de garantie loyer avec une option garantie dégât locataire inclus par un forfait (5000€ par exemple) pourrait être rajouter à votre gamme.

Grâce à Smartgarant j ai réussi à trouve un appartement malgré un salaire qui ne couvrait pas 3 fois le montant du loyer !

Ce qui est bien c'est la réactivité formidable de l'organisme smart-garant concernant les dossiers des candidats locataires. La part difficile est la différence entre la simulation et la réalité finale.

Revising my review of this company…
Revising my review of this company after going through a dispute with my agency and landlord to do repairs that I have been requesting since I moved in last year. I pay for the services of SmartGarant and now they are not answering any emails I have sent them. I will be switching to a different guarantor service because this level of customer service in unacceptable and nonexistent. Would not recommend this company.
ETA: The response provided by the company is a lie. I sent them 2 emails on Monday morning during their business hours. At the time of writing this addition, it has been 2 days with NO response from this company. I get a faster response from French government agencies than I do this company!
Update: The advice I was given was from an actual lawyer, not a company that has no legal backing. I have sent written letters to this company to cancel my account and yet they still attempt to charge my card. This company has no scruples and they are beyond shady. Would not recommend. Would give zero stars if I could.

You decided by yourself to stop paying your rent even if no legal decision that allows you to do so has been taken.
Regarding this situation, we provided you with multiple responses, documentation and legal articles.
We advised you to not stop paying the rent until the decision has been taken by a judge and that a dedicated escrow account managed by a bailiff has been set up in order to put the payments of your rent under detention during the time your landlord proceed to the requested repairs, as required by law regarding this situation.
We have been clear on the fact that deciding without a judgment to stop paying the rent to your landlord, even if they should make repairs, constitutes a breach of your contractual obligation.
You decided to ignore our advice and to stop paying your rent and so your landlord filed a claim for its loss.
As defined on the contract of guarantee, SmartGarant is entitled to compensate the loss of your landlord for the unpaid rent and the charges . We solely execute our legal obligations defined by the contract when we compensate your landlord for its loss due to your decision to stop paying your rent and the related rental charges.
Furthermore, in your last mails you wanted to know if your landlord filed a claim, we already gave you this information by mail the day we received the said claim. Mail that you acknowledged and answered that you won’t comply to fulfill your contractual obligations.
We consider the delay of response to your last mails reasonable regarding the nature of your request and our team’s workload added to the fact that we already gave you the information you asked in a mail before.
In addition, our bailiff sent you a payment order on 13 February stating that your rental debt should be paid within 2 months, otherwise we will assign you to court for eviction.
We stay available if you have any additional questions.
