I have recently used the service of SMARTBOX and found them very accommodating, professional and reliable. Their staff whether in the office or onsite were very respectful and helpful. Their service is definitely economical in comparison to other available services.

This company was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble, the rates were pretty reasonable, and the drivers were friendly and helpful. The redelivery and unload service was magic, it went without a hitch. I can highly recommend this company and its staff.

I was moving recently, and needed to deposit my furnitures and luggages for around half a year. I enquired almost all available storage services I could find, including Smart Box, Kennards Self Storage and Storage King. At last I chose Smart Box and Kennards. Smart Box staffs are very well trained and very helpful, they have great integrity, did whatever they promised, eg. dropping the box, collecting the box, the charge is very transparent, with no hidden fees. Kennards is good too, with easy access of your things. But it’s much more expensive. If you don’t need to access your belongs very often (like every few days or always need to access in urgent), I suggest Smart Box. Smart Box has much better rates (almost half the price) .They bring to you, which means you don’t need to hire trucks to move it again and thus save a lot of money and time, and also very important, less damage to your furniture or appliances etc by saving you 2 trips. There will be less hassles or stress to move and retrieve your belongings after. Definitely I will choose Smart Box next time if I need to deposit my belongs again. I know more now how to use their services, and it will save me a lot of money and much easier in organizing the moving. Very happy experience with them. Thumbs up 👍👍

Helpful and responsive.

I started out extremely pleased but after over a year in storage the return was less than acceptable with boxes and furniture placed in the wrong rooms despite being labelled lus damage to several items which they ignored. Plus they blame me the customer for having to relocate part of my belongings to another storage unit as it was overweight and then once again blame me for how long it all took. There were other issues as well. Simply stated I will never use them again and do not recommend them, including each month having to chase them for copies of invoices which should have been automatically sent, but rarely were. The moving staff overall work hard and I appreciate their overall diligence but the sad truth is they simply want to dump the belongings and get on to the next job. I also asked for an item of furniture to be dissembled and moved and they came up with a number of excuses why they won’t, couldn’t etc. Reality is I paid for insurance during storage period which was a con. I do not know where the damage of my items took place but whatever the case this company does not honour breakages and damages caused by them, whether from the way items are stored or during the move. Furthermore, their locks and one keeping the key to unlock cages is complete bs.

Smartbox were a great experience for us from start to finish. We had to store household goods for 3 months while we underwent renovations. I researched a couple of companies and found Smartbox to be better priced than their competitor. The booking staff were friendly (thanks Liam) and kept us informed at each step. We booked an 11m sq box and mattress protectors (excellent quality) and a trolley. We had 24 hours to fill the box. The guy who picked up and dropped off our Smartbox was friendly and navigated our tight inner West Street well (thanks Barry). I was thrilled when we unpacked our goods that they were dry and had no odour. They had clearly been stored well. Nothing had moved in the box and nothing was damaged. I would definitely use Smartbox again if we needed short term storage.

Smartbox is doing very well from loading up to unload. They are professional in moving house and storage. I have recommended to my friends already

Very well run business. I decided to get rid of what I had in storage and they organised everything for me, for a VERY reasonable fee. Highly recommend!

It was such a easy and smooth sailing going through smartbox. From booking. To delivering the box. We load our belongings. And they take it away the next day. No hassle. The storage cages are clean. George the account was always understanding and helpful with late payments. Made things so less stressful. Delivery was easy when dropping off your storage. They would call and let you know they're on their way. And the next day they will take their storage cage away, with no hassle. You didn't have to be home for them to drop it off or when they take it. All you had to do was load and unload your things. So easy. I definitely will use them again in the future.

I called Smartbox and within two hours the Smartbox was at my property ready for loading.
I couldn’t be happier with the service.

Easy and convenient way to store your belongings with minimal damage to items. Only downside was our garage shelves got bent due to possible weight of another container being stored on top.

The team was professional and courteous. The only thing that let them down was that they turned up a few hours later than expected but they did let me know so not a big problem. Overall a very good experience
