I am not IT literate, I just use computers. So when wishing to buy two of my grandchildren a reconditioned laptop each.
I chose to go to Smart computers in Keynsham initially because it was convenient but eventually my choice allowed a very professional company and a very efficient staff member to prove that such an independent business can deliver much better service than the 'big sheds'.
The staff member took time with me and my granddaughter to ensure the correct choice, carried out the download for the Microsoft account for both and the download of the Norton protection.
This was a stressless purchase and I would recommend Smart Computers to anyone needing personal service from very professional staff.

Delighted by the HP laptop I bought this week from Smart Computers where I have shopped previously. As always, a sense of expert advice and quick, friendly service. Privileged to have local access to this shop.

Don’t care that I had to drive 45 minutes to and from, smart computers were brilliant. Staff clearly knew their stuff and we’re able to diagnose my computers problem and even made some recommendations to me which I have done. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs help. 👍

I recently broke my screen on my trusted reliable HP laptop. Took it to Smart Computers in Keynsham and asked for replacement cost which seemed pretty reasonable so left it with them. Received a call the next day to say that a new screen would take slightly longer to get (its a 17 inch screen) but offered me a reconditioned at just under half the price of a new one. They advised me that there was a small 'mark' on the screen which looks like a couple of pixels are missing so I went to look at it and as it was in the bottom left hand corner decided that it really didn't matter to me so paid the bill and walked out a very happy customer!! Excellent service, excellent advice, will definitely look into repairing my tech stuff rather than replacing in the future - better for my wallet and better for the environment too!!

I recently unplugged my computer while we were decorating. When plugged back in I had the dreaded blue screen. I thought I'd lost all my files and photos but Smart Computers got everything back, gave me advice about security and updates and made my computer run better than before. Can't rate them highly enough.

Called ahead for advice on upgrading existing Desktop PC graphics card to enable NVIDIA Desktop streaming. Staff were very helpful, listened to what I wanted to achieve and helped select the best product. They also speedily fitted the component and gave me advice on what the next steps for upgrading my desktop would be, including telling me how to monitor and manage overheating. Will certainly be going back here exclusively!
