Finally we're in control of our Google Ads campaigns
I really like how easy the smec platform is to use and how much control it gives us over where our Google Ads budget actually goes. You can plug in your own margin data, which means the tool knows which products are more profitable and pushes harder for those. This alone is a big deal.
On top, products move automatically between campaigns on their own whenever data or performance changes. This saves our team hours of manual work every week.
The reporting is really transparent. You can clearly see what's working and what's not, which makes it easy to explain it to my management.
The support team is great. Our contacts really know the product inside out and have spent a lot of time training our team. We never feel like we're on our own with it.
