Very helpful, very prompt
I bought the incorrect product (my own fault not theirs) and Susan was very understanding. No problems with organising a return in exchange for another item. She gave me an excellent recommendation for a replacement and very kindly gave me free postage on the new item!!

Hi Walter, sorry that you found the ENER-J Bulbs tricky to set up. The Sync should be seamless. Regarding the colour and white being washed out - please check out all the different options on the ENERJ Smart App. We have had no queries or negative feedback from all of the other customers. On the app, you can choose Bright to Warm White and anywhere in between and also you can vary the brightness from 0-100%. It takes a bit of playing around to understand the functionality.
