They told me i would de getting my coverage by july first. It is now the 6th a i have not received any conformation on acceptance. My reason for changing plans was deductable cost. As i need medical service now and can't get it because of the high cost of deductable pay. I still am not sure if i'm going to get the new plan. Your rep said he would let me know. I've heard nothing. I feel i've been takin advantage of. Just for the cost of upgrading. Not to happy right now......... thank Jerry
