Block Paver Sealer Matt 24L for my large driveway. Ordered 1 tin instead of 2 tins by mistake with a discount. After i used 1 tin I tried to order the second tin but the discount had expired. Called Customer Service and Christie was excellent. She ordered the second tin and also gave me the discount rate, organised tracking info and it arrived 2 days later. The driveway is 14 years old and this is the 3rd time i have sealed it over this period. After cleaning and Sealing with Smart Seal it has come up like new again. Very pleased and my neighbours have been full of compliments.

I ordered some sealer for my patterned concrete drive but needed some help with how much to order etc. Reese helped me through all the questions and tips with how to lay it. Just finished my re-sealing, had a tiny problem, not requiring an urgent solution, posted a couple of photos and a query on the support email, hadn’t even made it as far as the kitchen for a cup of tea…phone rings, “hi there it’s Ricky from Smartseal” query sorted in 60 seconds and as I say it probably wasn’t that urgent! What can I say, Smartseal, great products, easy to use with loads of videos, hints and tips on the website. As regards customer service? Has to be “Simply the Best” (cue the music, thanks Ricky for your help.
