Ryan and the guys were so helpful and they did a fab job. Very tidy and worked hard to complete the job in one day. That was a game changer for me. Communication from the whole team was good. Would recommend.

Originally arranged for Smart Solutions to remove the closed foam roof insulation from my roof, Ryan came out and was professional and thorough in explaining the process and assessing the roof. We agreed for this to start early January, little did we know that on starting to remove the foam the wooden frame was shot and it was the foam that was keeping the whole roof up!! I was horrified when I saw the videos to see just how bad the situation was. Ryan and Brian quickly contacted me to explain the situation and quote for a full roof replacement which was agreed. Work started promptly but the wettest January and February delayed proceedings. Once there were a few dry days and Dai and James were on the job things moved fast with regular photos/videos showing progress. Huge thanks to you all for your professionalism and support. I would highly recommend Smart solutions for all things roof related :)

I needed Spray foam insulation removed from my attic. I needed somebody I could trust and came across Smart Solutions 365. After my experience I can highly recommend them. Everything was explained to me about the whole process. No money was asked of me upfront. After each stage of removal I was invited to view it, Not an easy job or a clean one for the people doing it. My elderly mother needed open-cell spray foam removed from her loft. From initial conversations with Smart Solutions 365 they seemed the right choice. They were the same price as other quotes but unlike those, also included adding traditional insulation to the loft to compensate for the removal of the foam. Work was completed on time and Kyren and the team were great with my mum, keeping her informed of progress and sharing pictures and video of the work. All material was taken and there was zero mess. We definitely made the correct choice and can't recommend Smart Solutions 365 highly enough. 

The team arrived on time and was courteous and friendly. I was impressed with the work done for the removal of open-cell spray foam loft insulation and the clean up job. Even thou the team took photographs of before, during and after the process, they were more than happy for me to check for myself during the process. I am very happy with the result.

Our whole process went very smoothly. Surveyor checked our loft which had had spray foam removed poorly. Once they had finished, three and a half days later, it looked great. They removed more foam from behind a poor quality silver insulation foil that the previous company had been recommended to us. The new workman were great, friendly, hard working, neat and tidy. They removed the foil, replacing it with Hybris Actis and treated the timber. Floor insulation was also removed and updated. It was great to feel that our ordeal with the spray foam was over. Their paperwork was also very thorough.

Perfect. We needed spray foam insulation removed from my late uncles house. The industry is a nightmare to navigate with a lot of dishonest traders. We found Smart Solutions 365 and were able to verify their honesty. Great communication throughout. Work was completed on schedule, and although unexpected repair work was required no further charge was made on top of the quote. During the work we had a surveyor visit and he confirmed all was done to a very high standard. We got a warranty and photos of high quality workmanship. The estate agent has said he will only recommend this company now

The whole team made this removal of the Spray Foam Insulation and repairing any damage to rafters etc., as stress free as possible. They then installed new insulation, keeping me informed at all stages of this process.

After having spray foam installed we later found out that this made the property uninsureable and unmortgageable. The work was explained clearly so I understood what was happening and how the new insulation would work. The job was completed in two days of hard work by the three men. They tidied up very well.
