The ham was delivered on time, in excellent condition. After following the instructions sent on glazing and serving, the ham was the best ham we've ever eaten!

My son-in-law was skeptical when I purchased it because of the cost. After enjoying dinner, he had a full understanding of why I purchased a Burgers ham for Easter. He became a believer in the care and quality.

I utilized the Smokehouse Burgers company previously and decided to order a few items for myself. In addition; I ordered the exact same configuration of items for a friend who encountered some financial hard times. First I asked the Burgers' representative to duplicate my order. He stated that he will order my items and then duplicate my order. Unfortunately; he left off the Ham that should have been on my ordering list. So I contacted Burgers again and re-ordered the missing Ham. Ham arrived Friday night late and left on front porch. Never realized the item was delivered especially since it is raining for hours. Courier did not ring the doorbell. Burgers MUST have this as a significant problem because management indicated that they can not force ..,UPS to ring the doorbell (What). This systemic problem maybe addressed by insurance on the item that can be shared with organization and customer. Another excuse. Contacted the answering service and I requested that they leave a messages. Now since I am hosting Easter, I had to replace the ham. This where it becomes problematic! The only responses I received from Anita were excuse. Escalated my concern twice. Kamie (Management ) discussed the event. Doubling down how I could have looked at the incident and tried to rectify the event Hmm. Finally had to relay to Lynn, Anita and/or Kamie that I am a cancer patient and I am not as mobile. I did not want to divulge /provide the reasoning. My concerns are the Burgers' personnel truly believe that is my mistake. I did not ask the organization for revenue even though I was hosting Easter Dinner and had to purchased a ham. My Easter dinner discussion became a brow beat on Burgers organization. Unfortunately; now I have to obtain other vendor brochures for my sixty-nine birthday celebration. As the cliche.
goes If I am going out it will be with a bang! Where are the companies that truly care for their customers??? NOT SATISFIED!!!

I did not ask for any extras. As a matter of fact my wife cooked beef with sauce. The is one of the packages I purchased. The meat was surprisingly great! My wife indicated that it had a little more marbled than she preferred. As a cancer patient who’s dietary restrictions prohibit me from eating spicy foods; this meal outstanding!!! The sauce was SUPERB.

Their smoked whole turkey is magnificent! Get one in the spring/summer. Thaw it and strip all the meat off the bone. Grab some good bread, cream cheese, cranberry sauce, mayo and a cheap box of stuffing. A BURGERS SMOKEHOUSE turkey sandwich this time of year is perfect!

For the price of the Ham and the price of the chocolate chip bread pudding I was very disappointed in how tough the ham was and the bread pudding was horrible all we could taste in the bread pudding was the chocolate chips there was no Caramel flavor at all we have been ordering for years from Burgers' Smokehouse and mostly everything has been amazing that's why we were so disappointed.

From ordering to delivery was exceptionally easy. The ham was the first time ordering from Burger’s Smokehouse and undoubtedly was the best we have ever had. Everyone commented how delicious it was which I was delighted to hear. A bit pricy but worth every dollar. I would definitely continue to order from Burger’s Smokehouse and highly recommend it to all, you will not be disappointed.

Excellent City boneless city sliced ham!!!! This will be our “go to” going forward!! We’ve always done the half bone in city sliced but found this boneless city sliced ham to now be the be perfect fit for our family!! Everyone loved it and no waste or having to carve it Or get the last bites off of the bone!!
Great produt!!! The topping was a bit spicy for our family so I only put a pinch on it and then drizzled honey over the top. I had thawed it in the refrigerator for a couple of nights before and put it in a lined crockpot on low.. it fed our family of 11 people perfectly! However.. I was hoping for leftovers for my husband and I but it was so yummy there wasn’t any left!
