Bad Quality Import Quarts
I’ve been in to pick up a Terp Slurper on two separate occasions. After getting home and unwrapping the first one I had purchased, I noticed the neck wasn’t straight at all. I decided to try it out regardless and it had terrible air flow. Understanding cheaper quarts tends to not be perfect all the time, I didn’t really care and took the loss.
My following visit to Moncton I decided to stop in to get a branded one to see if it would make any noticeable difference. I ended up getting a Cheech one, and once again after returning home to use it, I realized it had 4 uneven, poorly cut slits in the base (where there’s supposed to be 3 even). I tried the function and it wouldn’t spin any of the various sized pillars I have, nor the one it came with.
Prior to Unique Boutique closing their store front in Saint John, I would get all my import quarts there and they never once had cosmetic blemishes or function issues. There should be some form of quality control going on for the products you’re carrying before it’s put on the floor and sold to customers.
