Chris and Annie have offered personalised help and support and a great suite of solutions for my small business.
Their ethics are great, as they’re interested in giving the small guys the same tools that the big players use and that commitment shows in how they look to do business.
Their software (thanks Chris) has given me the tools to get a fully fledged online shop and delivery service running successfully and their help with marketing (thanks Annie) has always been spot on.

Amazing support. They really appreciate how time precious small businesses are and go the extra mile to help. Meetings are always prompt and the project management is first class. Annie puts lots of hours in to help get the system up and running! The guidance notes are really well done too. I'm excited about moving my epos system over and I'm confident that it will massively improve how my business operates. The functionality is really well thought out and designed for refill shops, which means that we are not trying to fit a square peg in a round hole, rather they have designed a round peg for a round hole...bravo!

What a wonderful company! You get such great, enthusiastic 1:1 support from actual humans, based in the UK. So receptive & flexible to your needs and the demands of your business, whatever it might be! And adaptable to the SME as well as the big guns and for such a reasonable price. This integrated EPOS/website shopping system has a huge host of features that we’re only just getting to grips with and will enable us to scale our business much more easily and quickly! I just wish that we’d started with them 7 years ago!

As a first start up business, I was really confused by the range of Epos System on the market. I needed something bespoke for my retail and had quite a few requirements. Didn’t wanted to work with big companies as when you get into trouble, no one is able to give you a prompt answer.

Great company to work with, we are using their ePOS (Tillex) for our small retail business to allow us to balance online sales, home deliveries and running a physical shop location seamlessly. They're very passionate, dedicated to their clients and understand the challenges that small businesses are having at the moment. Would highly recommend working with them!

Big software, easy to use platform with stock controlled epos + integrated website – these two are driving to give indies like us the equivalent to supermarket giants – but you have to build it yourself that’s why it’s so affordable and Annie’s always around to help.

Now we are up and running we can see what this software is capable of, and it excites us! We are still able to contact Annie & Chris if we come across something we haven't learnt yet or don't quite understand! The knowledge these guys have is invaluable, you will not get the same sort of support from anywhere else!

Annie and Chris have set up an absolutely incredible POS and website system which has come with 24/7 help and support (including visits from the wonderful Annie herself) They support so many brilliant earth conscious small businesses and make it so much easier for us to get sales and keep our business running smoothly. I cant recommend them enough.
They've even set up a social media group for their community to chat and support eachother whilst also receiving tech advice.

Excellent 121 support as we launched a synchronised EPOS and eCommerce site in record time! The website gives a much better customer experience. Annie couldn’t do more to help, and feels so much better to be working alongside a local startup rather than some faceless call centre

I had a issue will the Epos system that meant i was unable to use it.

I got in contact with Tillex and the problem was solved within 5 minutes. (on a Sunday as well)
