Ordered a pack of replacement pods for my vape. Website pictured them with coils included, description indicated coils included, when the pods came I filled with juice and they leaked everywhere because no coils were included. Contacted customer service and got a dismissive reply saying they're always like that. What a lie. When I went to check the website, the description was updated to indicate coils were not included. Checked the google cached page from yesterday, and sure enough they were gaslighting me! The description was exactly as I had thought. Going to attempt a chargeback, wish me luck!

Don't order here. I placed an order on the 5th of November 22 and still haven't received it. Now it is held by customs for about 3 weeks, so I guess there is something wrong with the package. I send a couple of mails, but in the last mail they told me to arrange it myself..

I can't believe how much I was charged for shipping only to find out its drop shipped and I won't get it for 2 months....whatever you want from here buy it on wish for 10% of the price they charge you'll probably get it faster

On their website it states 6-8 days if ordering from the US. So, i placed an order for an rpm80. 3 days later i receive an email saying that it has been shipped. The problem with this is that it is shipping from CHINA. There is no where on their website that states they would be shipping from CHINA. The only reason i decided to order from them is the 6-8 day delivery. But anyone who has had anything shipped from china, they know that all of their shipments get held in customs for a while. Which means that it is IMPOSSIBLE for my order to come within 6-8 days as their website states. I just don't understand companies like this. What do you get out of lying to your customers? Now that they lied about their delivery i will NEVER order from these people again and i will tell everyone i can not to order from them as well. On top of that, i am writing this negative review. All they had to do was TELL THE TRUTH about their shipping and everything would be fine. Yes, your shipping would be a little longer than normal due to the company being in china, but disclosing that information is all people need. When you lie, and you screw around with shipping orders out your get ALOT of people writing scathing negative reviews about your company whereas all you had to do is tell the truth and you would have none of the negative reviews. makes me think that people who run these companies aren't very smart.

Ordered nearly three weeks ago and still waiting for my order, emailed them twice and still no response.. absolute joke of a company and will never use again.. save your money folks and go elsewhere as you won’t get your liquids or a refund.. avoid at all costs.

I thought I would write a review to share my experience. I ordered a new mod from them. I didn't check them out properly as I was in a huge rush and my usual sites were all out of stock. 48 hours later I still didn't have a confirmation. Read some bad reviews and started freaking out. Asked them to cancel the order and give me a refund. It took them a while to do the refund but it eventually came through. I received emails from 'Coco' which were always within an acceptable time frame. Based on my experience, I don't think they are scammers.

I ordered a vape and tank and drip tip. They didn't have my vape in the color i wanted but had the tank so I just ordered the tank. It never made it to me. Then they emailed and told me they only got one order. But the string of emails have them offer me a different color vaped and they were sending my tank. smh. Its a scam. I went to their website I ordered at and its gone and links me to a Target store.

Stole my money, never got product.
Claimed items shipped, but they never provided tracking. Always gave me the runaround. Then they claimed they refunded me but they didn't. Fraudulent activity on my card since then. So they will steal your info

I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered. Site looks and act legit, confirmation email is the only response you’ll receive. Placed an order almost 2 weeks ago, several emails with no response. Had I known they were a China based company, definitely wouldn’t have ordered without doing more research. My next stop is filling a dispute with my credit card company. Hopefully I’ll get my money back.

STAY AWAY!!!

Ordering from this site has been a huge hassle and i have nothing to show for it. After being jerked around for 2 weeks I received no order. So we finally agreed on a refund. (Lets hope they make good on that.) I ordered 2 wotofo manik pod mods. "Coco" claims they're having trouble getting them back in stock. However their site claims that they're "in stock", interesting. "Scam" is a hefty accusation and the jury's still out on this refund. So I won't go that far yet. But "smokstore" has wasted my time and lied about their inventory. Just a clown outfit with shoddy business practices, will not be ordering again.

Total scam! About a month after ordering from this company fraudulent charges started to appear on my bank card. I'm a creature of habit and order from the same places so when I stared to get other fraudulent charges wasn't hard to figure out that it was this company.....

I read some reviews AFTER I had purchased two items, and because of other people saying the site was a ripoff I tried to get a refund via PayPal.

LUCKILY...

My order had already shipped. Someone responded to me via SMOKSTORE (promptly) in regards to my concerns.

Long story short I received my order (in Texas) though it took a little longer because the color of the vape I wanted wasn't in stock.

So, this is a LEGITIMATE website. I think it's WRONG to leave scam reviews on stores that are actually doing their jobs when there are so many others that are really SCAMS.

SMOKSTORE, however is not.

PLEASE READ UNTIL THE END! This place is a total scam!!!! Don’t do it!! I made two purchases from them and asked them to cancel the 2nd one. They stated they would and still have not seen it refunded back. Was told the bank would need some time to do so. Still haven’t seen the money!!! Also states would take about a month to get my order. Unfortunately my order went through and then I read online reviews. Was told products are Chinese knockoffs!!! THE WORST PART IS MY CARD WAS HACKED!! Seriously was them 100%. Did not use that card for months and only used them for that one purchase

I ordered a poster JUNE 11th and today is JULY 12th and still no poster. I sent a message to Smokstore and said to be patient it would be mailed out soon...that was a week ago and no word regarding my order as of today!

This is a scam. beware!

I bought a vape from this business and it is defective. I asked for my money back and they keep sending me trouble shooting tips, rather than giving me my money back. I currently have this exact vape so I know how to use it. I will never buy from this place again.

I've ordered coils from this site multiple times with no problems. but this last order just lost them a customer. i usually receive my order in about two weeks. i understand things are happening right now that could slow shipping so i waited 3 weeks. they had taken my money out 2 days after placing my order. after three weeks i emailed them and told them i want my money back. i later got an email stating that the items had shipped. there were a few back and forth emails but i have a feeling I'm just gonna be out $35. buyer beware.

Absolute SCAM do not buy anything from this site orders take multiple months to arrive and their checkout process is not secure at all!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE

Actually my review would be 0 stars. Stay away from this store. You order and they send you confirmation and when you inquire they say no order for the order number. BUYER BEWARE OR YOU WILL BE TAKEN TO THE CLEANERS. I REMOVED THEIR WEB SITE FROM MY PHONE. FOUND A PLACE IN Florida that ships same day and in 3 days had my products. It was in Hollywood Fla. Good luck buying from this place.

There is a reason this company has their reviews turned off on Facebook. I caught it fast enough to not be affected. Ordered from them like a dummy. Waiting for my card to process email received and then my bank emails me about some charge from since weird website for more than my invoice from this company and my bank denied it. Thankfully. Way to go Wells Fargo for protecting us from scammers.
