Great service, quick delivery for me. They had an item that wasn't in stock and made the effort to contact me to ensure I still wanted the rest of the order. Great customer service from a lovely family run business

Fast delivery. Well packaged. Great communication.

Got lovely solar lanterns which were really reasonable in price too. Great selection of products

Easy to use website, good prices (half the price of some big name stores) and the items I ordered (a few cans of paint) arrived quickly and were well packaged, very pleased, would recommend!

Great service with fast delivery & an extremely helpful customer service.

Fast delivery.

Good quality product at reasonable price point and delivered on time

Brilliant service from this company. Cannot praise them enough. I bought paint a few times. Wonderful to know this is a local Irish family run business.

I’m very disappointed to say I have shopped here for many years.

Today I had phoned ahead to see if they had any portable gas hobs ahead of the storm. I was told over the phone that yes there was some still left, I rushed to the store with my disabled son and was there within half an hour of the phone call.

When inside the guy standing at the till took one look at us and rudely said there was none left, then he asked my Name and when I said I had just phoned in 30 mins ago he said the last one was sold 10mins prior to me arriving. That was fine, except when my partner rang again 10mins after I left the store he was told yes there was still some in stock and not only that but two different kinds to choose from!!

Not sure whether staff are discriminating me because I had brought my disabled child with me or because I was a woman, but ask anyone with a child with special needs how hard it is to get out in the first place only to feel like you are being made a fool out of.

I will never step foot in this shop again and would rather spend my money in bigger chain stores from now on.

Recently made a purchase from Smyths home value hardware in enniscorthy online and what a positive experience item ordered ,processed and delivered to my premises within 2days from ordering what brilliant service I know a few online companies who could learn a lesson in efficiency from this company.
