Does not ship to N Ireland. A pair of laces and the simplest thing in the world to ship. Ridiculous.

Doesn't post to Northern Ireland. The item is 100mls and could be posted via Royal Mail to NI for the same rate as anywhere else within the UK. Ridiculous.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Started my journey around the same time sneaker science came about and they've been there every step of the way. Every order arrived on time (or before) never an issue with the products ordered, customer service 10/10 and a great team to work with.

Sneakerscience has been my main provider for paints and materials for around 5 years now.
I’ve never had any issues and such is the service ive built up a rapport with the team they’ve even reached out to me to offer better or extra items than what ive ordered!!
The prices are often better than ordering directly from brands themselves, shipping is swift (even if you don’t go for the next day delivery) & contact has been on point too!!

Spoke to Sneaker Science for some advice on a product who replied promptly and with great advice. A very friendly company who took a real interest in what I was trying to achieve, and who I will be recommending to others to use. Great work Sneaker Science

I’ve been ordering from them consistently for over 6 years and literally wouldn’t go anywhere else! Always have what I need in stock and most of the time everything arrives the day after ordering.
I also had issues with my rewards points a few months ago and they fixed the issues within a couple of hours which I think is amazing customer service.

Ordered an item and was told to be ‘patient’ when I asked why it hadn't arrived after 5 working days.

Great customer service at Selfridges, Oxford Street, but cleaning fluid and brush for £19 was ridiculous. Product is useless and simple Fairy Liquid with water would do the job

Firstly the products are fantastic.
I had ordered different leather acrylic paints and they all were delivered very fast.
I had made a mistake with the choice of one of the colours and they were very graceful with the exchange for a different one.
Would highly recommend this company.

WOW! Ordered at 13:50 on Tuesday, delivered before 10am Wednesday and that's on their standard service. I wonder how quick the service withdrawn be with express! 😂 Brilliant company, highly recommended
