5* for the snoozel topper & wool duvet. But 0* for the latex pillows. I have the same size pillow in memory foam but wanted to upgrade to an eco friendly version......Too high in our opinion gave... Mehr ansehen

I wanted to love our snoozel mattress…

I wanted to love our snoozel mattress so bad bcs it’s all made of natural components but I have to say that 2 years in it’s just not good. I have a bad back and I ended up sleeping on the Simba single mattress I bought for my toddler and boy it’s day and night. I sleep a LOT better in the simba bcs it distribute my weight is softer on the shoulders for side sleeper and support my lower back and hips better. The snoozel is too hard but still sink in at hips level. We r very sad but will be getting rid of it soon bcs my husband and I are just not comfortable in it

I am very pleased with my pillow - thank you!

I am very pleased with my pillow and sleep better now. Ordering was made easy and delivery was fast. My only one isue is, when I removed the pillow from it's packaging, I had not noticed that the inner plastic bag had not been sealed and the pillow slipped out of the bag and landed on the wet floor! Just a little tape to secure it closed would be a good idea please.

Fantastic product.

All of the items I had delivered (mattress, topper, pillow) have been fantastic so far and I feel well worth the money. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is that delivery was originally expected at beginning of February and did not take receipt until well into March, I had to chase up a couple of times but appreciate that the mattress was made to order and shipping was delayed which may have been out of Snoozel's control.

Fabulous mattress

Fabulous mattress. Deep, perfect balance of firmness and softness. The only less good thing was the long delivery delay, almost 2 months. But the couriers, when they did finally arrive, were really helpful & efficient at swiftly moving the mattress into the upstairs room where it was needed. I had originally booked help but had to cancel when the delivery was twice delayed. Superb product though - most comfortable, toxin-free sleep I have ever had. The creamy white satinised cotton outer cover is beautiful. A real luxury.

But 0* for the latex pillows. I have the same size pillow in memory foam but wanted to upgrade to an eco friendly version......Too high in our opinion gave my husband and I a headache. So gone back to our others.
Mattress didn't arrive so I can't comment. Bought one from elsewhere.

Dodgy company

Dodgy company, took my payment but did not delivery the mattress. I chased them and they apologised and said they would investigate and come back to me.....they didn't. I then asked for a refund, which they promised to process and still haven’t.

They respond very quickly to negative publicly visible reviews, feigning concern, but slowly to emails about the order. This shows they are trying to curate their public image, while not really genuinely caring about Customer Service.

Oversized quilt cover

I appreciate that this bedding is a linen and I really want to like it (which is why I have given it a 3-star rating), I have encountered significant issues with its sizing. The duvet cover is extremely large; I checked the label after receiving it to make sure I’d ordered correctly and it clearly stated "king-size," but my king-size quilt is completely swamped inside. As a result, the quilt moves around and bunches up during the night. I have tried washing the cover multiple times in the hope that it would shrink, but it remains too big.

Unfortunately, due to this major size discrepancy, we are finding ourselves preferring our old bedding, making the usability of this cover a 1-star experience. Additionally, the buttons have already started to fall off, which is disappointing.

I would avoid buying from this company…

I would avoid buying from this company again.
I don’t think I’ve ever dealt with a company with such appalling customer service and support.
I ordered bed linen ten days ago now. I’ve had nothing from them, and no notifications since the initial order.
I appreciate mattresses and larger items can take longer to dispatch, but surely not bed linen?! That should just go with a regular courier.
I’ve messaged them many times by email asking for an update or for them
to just cancel and refund my order if they cannot deliver. I’ve used their online chat (which no one ever responds to online). There are no telephone numbers, which is suspicious in itself. It almost feels like a scam company.
Save yourself hours of frustration waiting for a response and just don’t order from them.
I will be interested to see if they respond to this review, as they don’t see to respond to any of the other messages I’ve sent. Very negative experience with this company, be warned.

Didn’t meet expectations

I chose the company for its ethics, Sadly I had 3 attempted deliveries of a mattress - all cancelled by the delivery company. I’m not sure what was going on, but customer service has also been incredibly slow to respond and resolve the problem. I have now requested a refund, but still haven’t seen that yet, going on a month now

No mattress No communication!

I initially had a lot of communication with the company, which was great. However, after I placed my order for the mattress, all communication stopped. I have not received any updates or emails regarding my order. I noticed a previous comment mentioning some illness within the organization, but I have yet to receive any follow-up or information about my order status. Surely, there must be someone in the company who can provide an update on when I can expect to receive my mattress or at least give me a delivery date. This lack of communication is unacceptable, especially considering the high price of the mattress. There should be better communication methods in place. I am very disappointed but still hope to receive the mattress.

No delivery confirmation and communication

I placed my mattress order 10 days ago and haven't heard anything back from them in terms of the delivery date. No response to my emails either. I am very disappointed as I was excited about the product after I read about it. If there was any communication back from then it would've been better experience. It is ridicules that they have such poor customer services considering the price of the mattress.
