We attended skiing lessons with Carolyn and Ross at Snozone Milton Keynes. I found both of them to be really friendly, patient and full of knowledge. They took us from complete novices in a day to confident and good level beginner by the end. The lessons gave a complete overview of everything you needed to know and I would recommend them to anyone looking to learn to ski. The setup at Snozone is very good and learning to ski on real snow was a great experience. The facilities are good, onsite food and drinks were nice and plenty of choice, use the Ringgo app to pay for parking when you arrive.

Had a great first snowboarding lesson at MK Snozone. Learned so much thanks to Aayush and Tony — awesome, down-to-earth instructors. Excited for more lessons. Thank you!

Had a beginners session with Dom today. He was great, he made everyone feel very comfortable, was very funny and I left the session feeling confident I am ready for the next stage

Just had a level 5 snowboarding lesson today with Stuart Riches at Milton Keynes Snozone.

After having an injury back in May, I was very anxious and nervous about coming back for a lesson.

But Stuart was great. He was calm, took things at a steady pace and enabled me to get my confidence back.

The way he taught the lesson and the different techniques he gave to help improve my confidence, turns and overall ability on the slopes was perfect.

I can’t thank him enough for today and getting me back to enjoying snowboarding and now slope ready.

Booked the double session for levels 3 and 4 for four people hoping to take up the sport as we have enjoyed doing levels 1&2, only to be contacted several weeks later, moving our booking to an alternative time and to be told that we can only have session 3. No refund for them removing session 4, but informed I was eligible for a 50 percent discount if I rebooked it even though it had ALREADY BEEN PAID FOR!. Will not be going back, and I am going to trading standards.

Had first lesson there with Travis, great teacher, fun and quick progress for our group.

Nathan lead my private 90 minute class today and was an amazing coach. Proper nice guy to work with as well. Thanks Nathan!

My son celebrated his 8th Birthday at Snozone MK today with a Sledging Party. They had the best time, brilliant fun and well organised. All the staff were lovely, special thanks to Yasmin for making his party so special 😊

Honestly, I don’t remember all the names as sometimes I can’t see their name tag on but most of the team were amazing and now I passed my Level Six and getting into coach development as Tye Persuasive Katy has advised me 🫣😉

Attended the beginner day course in Milton Keynes for Snowboarding and it was a brilliant day, the instructors Tony and Dave were amazing people and helped all of us in the group to learn and improve throughout the day.
The food was great and the rental equipment was well fitted and the staff were very helpful and wanted to make sure that everything fit okay.
Had a really great time, thank you Snozone and the staff :)

Through to being welcomed on reception, explaining about the equipment and the best training from Dom and Luke it was a perfect introduction to skiing for me.
I was incredibly nervous which was very obvious and both instructions went beyond their realm of duty to keep me focused, feel confident and pumped me full of confidence. I struggled a lot more than the rest kf the class to pick everything up as quickly but everyone was so supportive and the overwhelming joy I felt when I did come down the slope was second to none.
Sadly I had to leave early due to my daughter spraining her wrist and I have wanted to say to both teachers ......thank you for your kindness and all-round supportive loveliness I have booked to come back for 1 to 1 lesson in September. Love. Louisa. Xxx

My parents had two ski lessons with instructor Tom and he's been very patient with detailed and clear explanations of ski skills. My parents had such a great time and they absolutely enjoyed the lessons.
We had a great time and thank you Tom and all staffs working at Snozone!

I just wanted to send a huge thank you to both Marianna and Aaron for the incredible support they've given me on my snowboarding journey.

Both have been instrumental in helping me achieve everything I have on the slopes. They are not just brilliant instructors; they are a true credit to the teaching profession. Thanks to their guidance, patience, and encouragement, I’ve reached a place where I can confidently ride alongside my son, KB.

Becoming a playmate for KB on the slope — sharing in his joy, laughter, and love for sking — is absolutely priceless. It’s a gift I’ll never take for granted.

Lovely place, definitely it’s the best indoor skii of the UK… good atmosphere. Good slopes and good food and good service on the bar in front of the slope.

I had a 1-1 snowboard session with aaron after not boarding for 15 years. Booking process was smooth, coaching was good and was tailored to my relearning pace. Glad ive started again.

My wife and I have visited Snozone Milton Keynes twice now.
The first time we both did the beginner day course, which considering that we had never skied before was very good & the instructor was very patient.
The second time we visited, we did a 3 hour 3-4 lesson, again very helpful instructor & learnt a lot.
We stayed an extra day and bought ourselves day passes, so we could carry on getting more confident.
By 11am I was skiing down from the top of the main slope!
We are booking another lesson again soon.
Would definitely recommend.

My family had enrolling our skiing lessons at Snozone, Milton Keynes.

After our kids learned the basics, we continued to visit Snozone every Tuesday for the "Happy Hour" practice session. Although we no longer attended formal lessons, Konrad never hesitated to offer us helpful tips whenever he saw us on the slopes. His observations and suggestions—always shared with kindness and generosity—have significantly improved our technique over time.

To be honest, because we already know how to ski, we once considered not renewing our membership when it expires this year. However, Konrad’s selfless dedication and sharp eye for detail have completely changed our minds. Thanks to him, we’ve decided to continue our membership—simply because having him around makes such a meaningful difference.

If you’re thinking about learning how to ski, I can say with full confidence: Coach Konrad is the best choice you could make.

Ski lesson with Lewis.
Lost some confidence after a fall, and Lewis did everything he could to make me feel back on track and safe while doing it! Could not praise and thank him enough! He incredibly skilled and talented at skiing had a way to put a smile on my face to overcome the feeling of being scared. I really want another lesson with him to continue how did during our session. Really recommend private lessons however I think it’s a real shame you cannot book private lessons by instructor. If able to I would have definitely booked again.

Took my 13 year old daughter and her friend to snozone Castleford for their first experience of skiing. Freddie the instructor was brilliant. Both youngsters picked the basics up very quickly and progressed into the second level. Debriefing and feedback by Freddie was excellent.Great day out. See you again. Thanks
