Most strange operation. Ordered a few things paid for them and in an email commented on all his recent negative reactions. Was told should not believe everything one reads. Out of the blue receive a refund, not asked for, and from then no communication.
So signed up with different email adderess ordered an LP but money has not been taken and again no communication. I think all the stuff on his site about this ,that and the other being in stock is a load of cobblers.
Who knows what is going on, frankly now I do not care.

I wish I had read the reviews for snvinyl on this website (and many others) before I placed an order. Sadly, I have to add yet another 1 star review for this shambles of a company, and disappointingly it would seem that my experience is far from unusual. If I could award 0 stars I would. LPs apparently in stock according to the website, so I duly ordered, but they never appeared. Lots of excuses regarding the non appearance of records over three weeks, promises of tracking numbers, rudely written one line or word email responses when asking for an ETA. How hard can it be to pack up and send out items that you advertise as being in stock and for sale to a customer who has paid for them? If this is not possible, what about polite customer interaction, possibly even an apology? Clearly these complex tasks are more difficult than they appear, even though almost all other traders manage to accomplish them with ease, but I'm not sure that the owner is all there. Thank goodness for credit cards and chargeback. I would strongly urge anyone thinking of placing an order, not to, don't be tempted, save yourself from annoyance and order from a proper shop that values its customers instead. Based upon my experience, I can only assume that the 5 star reviews are some sort of odd attempt at humour or they are simply fake reviews.

I have bought a few things from SN in the past sometimes very slow some times took an order when the item was not in stock. I always received the item or a refund. Alas something seems to have happened .they are still advertising, still claiming to have stock. I purchased something and went through the unusual process of paying for it. However ever since that point it has been total silence can not contact by phone or email. When I searched the web for info it seems the company has closed down but they are still taking money. I hope I am wrong and I get my record. I think you should maybe hold of from sending money

terrible, my vinyl was damaged and he refused to pay for return postage or to refund, horrible person to deal with

Pre ordered a record summer of 2022. Record was released, an invoice was sent and paid for on the same day of 19/12/22 for £ 143.50.
Zero communication but my money was accepted.
31/12/22 sent an email requesting communication on my order.
After waiting a reasonable period of time over the festive season I sent email on 07/01/23 asking for some communication as to my item that was paid for.
Zero response followed that email, again.
Sent a further email on 13/01/23.
Again zero response.
Noticed his Roger Waters 45 rpm x4 record set of ‘Amused to death’ was still on sale for £ 144.00
My previous item from this character took a similar twist, I had to send email to chase up on my item.
My next email to him will be on 16/01/23 a notification of my attempt to get a refund from VISA and will no longer accept any dealings with this guy. Untrustworthy so AVOID THIS PERSON.

Very very bad service. After ordering via the website's very unusual and antiquated system, I received communication only when I prompted it along with some dubious contradictions. I am now pursuing whatever legal options available to get my money back. AVOID.

Ordered a stylus as a Christmas present and then a few hours later I was received the invoice and paid. Five days later I receive a nonsensical email which after emailing back to ask what it meant I found out was that my ‘in stock’ item was no longer in stock despite saying it was on the website and receiving an invoice. To be fair, the money was returned to my account within 24 hours, but there is no way I can source another stylus before Christmas.

I bought an expensive gift for my husband at over £800. After months of no reply’s to my emails for a refund and no delivery I had to claim from my bank.
He is a fraud.

Even if this bozo sometimes posts some orders, for the sakes of what’s good don’t use this theft.

I am not sure whether this guy is just uber busy or plain inefficient/sloppy. Orders a Im pex pressing and was told it was back ordered, carried on for a few months on backorder. I asked for a refund which was taking ages so I requested it via credit card. I was then removed from his sign in. The following day the Impel pressing appeared on his site as in stock but at a much higher price which leads me to a suspicious conclusion Do not be tempted by this guys low prices, the service is truly appalling

Received my order in verry good condition. Everything was packed very well and looked very good. In any case, I have had very good experiences. Hope to place more orders with this company in the future

I have the same experience as some others. Sacd ordered , paid and promised to be shipped several times. Never received! No track and trace. No normal communication. Never again.

Probably the worst online retailer in the UK. Most items not in stock, rubbish communications and an appalling all round buying experience. Give them a wide berth.

Absolutely appalling company !
Ordered a SACD and a month later it still hasn’t arrived.
This guy thinks he can just take people’s money and walk off with it, kept saying item is held up at customs and will be posted, I’ve asked 3 times for a refund and keep getting a reply that the item will be sent.
Now gone to my bank to reverse the payment seeing as he thinks it’s okay not to refund people. Disgraceful company ran by Scott Nangle, should be investigated and shut down by the authorities. Avoid the hassle people this guy will just rip you off !

Speaking from my own experience only, I found the service from SNvinyl to be excellent. Admittedly a little antiquated system to pay and minimal communication, but the vinyl I ordered arrived in just over a week in superb packaging in absolutely perfect condition.

I have ordered vinyls three time from Scott Nagle Audio, and two times they have been packed very nicely, they arrived in a sleeve and in time.

I was not sure why I was seeing all the negative reviews as my experiences had been great.

Unfortunately the third time I made an order (30/10/2022), I was told that the items were meant to arrive by December.

It's now the 28 of Feb of 2023 and I still didn't receive any of the items.
The communication with the seller is very poor, they rarely reply to emails (an average of 1 out of 10) and with very limited information.

I asked for a refund but they didn't even consider it. I am still waiting.

I ordered a MoFi SACD which was showing as “in stock”. The payment section of the website did not work. Instead I received two email reminders to pay, and a marketing email to which I had not signed up.

I paid and seven days later I received a two line email without greeting or punctuation from "alex nangle" to tell me that he's had "three on back order for nine months".

I asked Scott to cancel my order, refund my credit card charge and send me an email confirmation that that has been done. As I had not heard anything back by the 24hr deadline I had set, the next day I contacted my card provider and initiated a chargeback.

Nine days later the SACD arrived. I called my card provider and reversed the chargeback. The card issuer told me that when contacted by them Scott Nangle had told them "the item has been delivered". To quote the card provider, "he lied to us".

He also wasted a lot of people's time.

NB: According to Companies House SN Vinyl Ltd was dissolved via compulsory strike-off on October 20, 2020.

As always, a great service and price from Snvinyl.

Ordered MFSL1-505 on 11 June 2022 and order was delivered 10 days later. As I've said in previous reviews, I have no issue with waiting a bit long to receive a well packaged album from a supplier who doesn't take the proverbial with his pricing.
