Since my review Soak have posted "Customer contacted" however, the only contact made has been via trustpilot.

My daughter will shortly be moving into her first home (small flat) and has been very excited ordering various fixtures fittings from different companies.
One of the recent items she ordered from Soak was a liberty mirrored bathroom cabinet to fit into the narrow space above her bathroom washbasin.
However, upon delivery she realised, that by mistake, she had ordered a 600x 670mm cabinet rather than the 400x600mm required to fit into the space above her basin.
Following the delivery, my daughter contacted Soak customer services and explained the situation and asked if she could exchange the cabinet for the narrower one required, but she was informed that she would need to pay for the return postage (I could understand this policy if someone just didn't like the item and wished to return it, but not when it was a genuine mistake and they wanted to exchange it for a similar item)
I would have thought that a large well known company like Soak could arrange for mis-ordered cabinet to be collected when the replacement one was delivered?

I suggested that my daughter returned the cabinet to Soak and purchased another one from a different company...however, she said that she likes the style of the Soak cabinets.
The cabinet is currently in our house awaiting return 😢

Great value products again from soak! Had two bathrooms fitted with soak products 2-3 years ago no problems at all , only a slight bit of damage to an item on two occasions, no problem getting the broken parts replaced but it did hold the job up slightly, this time there is a huge difference to the packaging, my sink was a box within a box with big bubble wrap! A vast improvement , really pleased with my toilet and basin , they will look great , I won’t ever use anyone else , soak really are a great company👍

Ordered at 12.15pm Saturday at a cost of £39.99 for next day delivery. Not realising that would be Tuesday when free delivery came in Wednesday anyway.

Delivery drivers were brilliant, brought straight in to the house.

Very happy with the sale and extremely happy with customer service I bought a towel radiator which came next day it was damaged on one of the slats and without any fuss a new one was sent out the next day couldn’t of asked for a more helpful response would definitely recommend to anyone.

Couldn’t fault the service from initial contact, advice and speedy delivery as well as a high quality item. First class and would recommend to anyone.

I Have ordered alot from this company, radiators and a full bathroom suite. It's a well known company and they offer 10 year warranty on alot of their products, which is why we chose to use them.
CHECK ALL ITEMS UPON DELIVERY
Every single thing we've ordered has had to be replaced or refunded, as items have been damaged. After sales are good at getting back in touch and issuing refunds, but it's not worth the hassle. Constantly having damaged items is draining and a huge inconvenience when your waiting in for deliveries, then having to try to dispose of damaged items yourself as they don't take them away. I've explained the stress to the after sales team as we are due our first child in the next 2 days, they haven't even acknowledged my circumstance. We've had 2 bath panels delivered damaged, a leaking toilet basin. A damaged cistern lid, and all our radiators were damaged, every single one. We didn't even take them out of the box to inspect as you could see through the damaged boxes. Not sure if it's a quality issue their side, or the delivery courier. I won't use soak again, and will advise against anyone using them again. Huge shame as the products are lovely - when they're not damaged.

Got next day delivery it came when said very happy with my purchase...

We got a refund from the credit card

We are owed a load of money. Toilets arrived damaged. Now looks like they’re bust. 21/02/2020

Went online to order stuff. If over €500 free delivery.
It charged us twice and didn’t confirm any order.
We rang and were told it would be a week to get the money back.
Turns out Irish customers can’t order online due to post code issues.
At the time there was 20% off.
A week later we rang and were told , no 20% off and no free delivery.
Customer service was v poor.
Team leader wouldn’t speak to me and customer service was curt and useless.
Won’t bother again 9/2/2020

Only 3 stars because the boxes arrived battered but luckily nothing had fallen out nor was it briken. The buying service was good though.
