Ordered a ring sizer an empty envelope arrived with just a card from the business!! Emailed to explain this, no reply have paid for a product I have never received and had no response!! I feel I have been conned! Do not purchase online …. Terrible customer service and not to be trusted

I found Sobi & Co. on instagram last Saturday after seeing a post tagging them in. I had a look at their page and became obsessed with the beautiful, unique pieces of jewellery they had available. I ordered 2 pieces and I wasn’t disappointed, they were even better in real life.
They came beautifully gift wrapped with a personal note from the owners which was a lovely touch.

I stumbled across Sobi’s by accident and found the most stunning and unique jewellery. It is even more stunning in person and I am totally in awe of how pretty it is. A lot of websites sell generic jewelleries or lab gems or are very highly priced. Sobi went into details about the gold, gem and hallmarks. Packaging was stunning with the seal. Highly recommended.

The service i received from the guys here was nothing short of perfect, the ring i bought was absolutely beautiful and the way they handled my situation was perfect, this is my first time coming across this website and im extremely pleased with the whole process, they kept the ring hidden until i was ready to purchase it and was even willing to keep it hidden longer, i highly recommend these guys. they are fanatic!:)

After searching for months i came across Sobi & Co and found exactly what i was looking for as i received cash for my 60th birthday and wanted a piece of jewellery as it was from all my family. I contacted Nicola with a few questions she was friendly and so helpful. Once payment was made i received my ring beautifully presented in a box and well wrapped so no one would have known it was jewellery. I have praised them up and down to everyone who asked where i purchased from. I cant recommend their friendly service highly enough.
