I'm so sorry to hear that you had such an experience. It sounds like this might not be related to us. We don’t sell followers or offer packages that promise 20,000 overnight, and we never remove followers after a few days. We grow accounts slowly and organically by engaging with real people on Instagram, and typical growth is 300–500 real followers per month.
It’s likely you meant to leave this review for a different company. There's actually another service called Social Boosting that has unfortunately been confused with us before, and their account was suspended for fraudulent activity.
