I had a good experience with social boost! At least the service and the support was perfect. The support replies within minutes and every time I reached out they did a perfect job. My Campaign Manager Matt was always super friendly and helpful!

They have helped to grow my Instagram organically in the first month. So I’m reviewing based on that. Will wait for the next month and see how the growth is.

Anny, who assisted me, was lovely to work with. She was polite, informative, and friendly, but also very professional.

I signed up after speaking to their sales agent for half an hour. I took the time filling out their form, explaining who my target audience is, and providing them with several accounts to use that have my target audience. They not only did not use the information I provided, but they also followed random people who are in no way my target audience! Turns out that they do NOT use the accounts you provide if you have more than 40 mutual followers, except that's exactly how you know that you have the same target audience! Instead, they targeted an account of a religious fanatic whose followers don't even have kids when my target audience was parents! It's been 2 days that I've been demanding a refund as they are not providing the service they advertised and they are still trying to convince me that it's OK that it isn't my audience and won't give me my money back. I could have spent the time I am chatting following the accounts' followers on my own already. NOT WORTH THE MONEY unless you don't care who your followers are.

It was a great experience using their services I must say.I tested for a month and got good results.My followers were genuine and wanted to know about me.For my work and school I had to cancel the subscription sadly but here me out if you continue using their services your results will multiply with every month!

Riley is a great partner. She is responsive and attentive. We are at the beginning of our journey and so far it has been a pleasure.

I only gained about 38 followers by the end of my campaign month when they advertise themselves as a company that will help you gain 300-700 followers. Was a waste of my business’ money. I recommend using another company which is known for delivering real results even if it costs a little bit my more. My social media manager was Nora. She was kind but couldn’t deliver. They also refused to give me a refund when they themselves admitted they failed to deliver results. The reasons and excuses don’t help.

I purchased the followers and I got an email stating there was a system error so they aren’t going to go thru with it. Well it is the next day and they still pulled the money out but i never received my followers. 😞 Contacted twice, yesterday and today with still no response, Hopefully I will get one soon!

You are promised organic growth and nothing could be further from the truth, but that was only half of it.

Continually I reached out asking why I was getting followers with absolutely no relevance to me, and all I got was a defensive response, excuses and no actions at all.

Yes I got followers, but not what I asked and a complete waste of money. More disappointing was the issue was never fixed as requested,

Worst service EVER!

Time and time again for months on end I repeatedly asked for them to carry out tasks for me and month after month time after time they ignored or didn’t carry out the things I asked for!

Stay away from this service…

I've had this service for 2 months now.

The first month was slow. I get why as its a new account starting with 0 followers but I very quickly made many post. Post 3 times a week and stories daily. So the first month I got 220 followers. Within the 2 week of the service my account did get banned as Instagram picked up they were using the follow unfollow method so they had to slowly ramp it back up.

Now month 2 they ramped it back up and I've gone from 220 followers to 463 followers. I'd like to note I was promised 300 - 1500 at a minimum monthly from them and I'm not hitting that which I find extremely frustrating.

I will say their customer service is off the charts. they respond fairly quickly.
And all the followers are real from what I can tell. My post get likes, my stories get viewed and liked as well.

I'll update this review as I plan to give them one more month but so far it's been terribly slow growth. I've told them they can follow up to 3000 people at a time and the most they've done is 781.
