Totally fake company

Totally fake company. They have no way to reach a real human if there are problems and they keep charging you after you cancel. I canceled in September and they are still charging my account. Now I am in a claim with my bank to deny all charges from this company.

£2000 charged in 3 months after requesting cancellation on a £84 pm plan.

I requested to cancel my subscription at the end of August but the monthly amount continued in Sept to be taken out which was around £84. I sent an email again and on reviewing my credit card statement have found that since my cancellation request £2000 have been taken out of my account over a period of 3 months!!! I have reported it to my credit company. I have received numerous replies from the company but all they say is accounts are looking at it and all the while still taking money. I feel I have been defrauded.

DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY

Worst company to try and contact. They did zero growth on my account for three months. You cannot cancel your subscription on line via your portal. They just keep charging you and do not answer emails. If you select contact us from there website it goes nowhere.

I canceled my annual plan in December…

I canceled my annual plan in December 2021 after only a few months of using the platform and they refunded me half of my money in late January after several emails asking but I STILL haven’t received my second half of my refund. I’ve been emailing them for months and they keep saying they’ll send it but they still haven’t. Fake followers and won’t give you your money back.

Go Ahead. Try and Take the Truth Down, SocialGrowers.

PLEASE READ EVERYONE!

EDIT: The company attempted a response below. What a load of BS... I have over 100 pages of emails verifying everything I said as true. I have receipts on this, they don't? And no, Socialgrowers, I'm not your 'competitor' or whatever. Nice try. These guys are just trying to weasel their way out of bed reviews by saying 'nahhhh you can't prove it though!'. Anyone who wants to see the receipts can contact me through IG. It's somewhere below.... and I will provide EVERY bit of evidence. This company keeps flagging my review because they KNOW they messed up on my account HORRIBLY (as you'll read below), and admitted to it, they've BEGGED me on 3 different occasions to take it down, but I intend on TRULY keeping up with making sure they don't do this form of censorship, as I see other people getting scammed.

This is a 100% true account of what happened and I have the screenshots to prove it. Don't trust these fakes. BBB complaint and FTC complaint is incoming, which will definitely perk their ears. I was promised a phone call with the owner. 4 months later, I'm waiting :/

I just truly don't want ANYONE to be scammed by these people ever again.

Would you believe me if I said that this company went against my prior written request of not charging my card UNLAWFULLY, charging me the INCORRECT amount on several occasions and, here's the big one.... an ACCOUNT MANAGER was looking up ONLYFANS models on my account and his supervisor admitted that said employee SABOTAGED accounts on purpose and he STILL is employed with the company? Well buckle in... This one is worth the read.

I wish I could go into every single detail here, but this 12+ month nightmare deserves a novel, but I want to keep you here long enough so you don't make the same mistakes I made. Do. NOT. Trust. These. People. They are liars of the worst kind and will promise you ANYTHING and EVERYTHING just so they look good. Don't buy it.

The long and short: I entrusted this company with my account, and they ran it into the ground, decreasing my views, mass following people, getting me shadow-banned, got me fake followers, and what's worse, my likes and engagement rate is now the LOWEST it's ever been, even since I first opened my account! It's absolutely insane, and I fear I might have to restart my entire account.

The juiciest bit??? I CAUGHT my account manger KAKI, looking up Onlyfans models on my account! I confronted them about this, and it was never addressed, saying that was NOT my demographic AT ALL. Then, this Kaki guy lied about what he was doing, promised spread sheets and documentation weekly, and NEVER delivered. EVER. They ignored multiple emails, which I used a mail-tracking system that shows they were opened but never responded to.

I then confronted a manager via their online chat. Steven, the so called "manager" then joked around, trying to ease the tension, and even said that he "fired" the guy, alluding to Kaki blatant SABOTAGING my account (his words), and promised that he would make it up to me. He did not deliver. At all.

Steven lied. They never fired Kaki. I see that he is online and he had the gull to send me a message treating me as if I wasn't an existing customer, but someone new. Right.

Oh, and I'm also GLAZING over the constant account manager switch ups, the finger pointing, the mysterious UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES, the wrong rate charged monthly, the begging to remove any true negative feedback, the empty promises and grantees in writing, and of course, just their overall inability to hold any sort of accountability.

Readers. This company is full of liars and fakes. Be absolutely beware. I have pulled down this review 4 times now at their CONSTANT requests and there is NOTHING they can do to make me pull this one down. I will see you in small claims court Social Growers.

This company keeps spam emailing me over and over trying to sell their complete load of crap. Please do one Steven from Social Growers I want no part of your scam.

Edit: Funny how you can spam me daily unsolicited but you feel I shouldn't be allowed to post about your company, who invaded my privacy. Interesting. You started this.

AVOID

There was little or no work done on my account - I cancelled my subcription and requested a refund instead of paying me back Social Growers took another months money from my account.....Ive sent e-mail after e- mail and im still awiting the refund. AVOID

Horrible experience..

Horrible experience... paid their highest "celebrity" plan which was meant to give me guaranteed 10x growth, priority support, and weekly growth reports... none of these have been received. Their account manager Kaki was uncontactable for a month (only finally reached out when I left a review).

If you want to cancel your subscription you can't on your own! You have to try get a hold of their online chat support and it's ridiculous as no-one answers.

Stay away and save your money.

They definitely help..but not as much as the promised

They definitely help... but not as much as the promised.
They promise reports that you never get even if you asked. You are nowhere near the 400 followers per month. There is little to no interaction with your account manager so you have no idea what they are doing.
I have been there for 2 months and most likely by the end of this month i am out. First month 20 followers, 2nd month +70, 3rd is the charm??? probably not but i already paid so will wait till the end of the month

Empty promises, failed to deliver multiple times.

I am quite disappointed with this company. Before I signed up, I was promised to have at least 400 real followers a month. However this is the 3rd month, and the total growth of all three months is less than 500. When I voiced my concern, instead of addressing the issues, they copy and paste prewritten messages and sent them to me over and over again.

They can't provide a refund because they keep asking to give them another chance. I did give them 2 chances but still was disappointed. I asked to cancel the service, heard no response. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

I used social booters before, they keep saying how they are better than them. The truth is Socialbooster at least delivered, and social growers did not!

Do not recommend!!!

Do not use this company! They ignore all emails & do NOT offer refunds.

Do not use this company. I paid for their most expensive package which comes with a list of promises attached to it. One of which is 24/7 support, ability to cancel & weekly analytic reports.

It has been 19 days since I paid them & have had no report in this time - despite emailing 3 different members of staff about it (approx 6 emails sent about this).

I have asked for a refund for the 2 weeks I won’t be using, but have been ignored via email & on their online messenger. They mark the comment as unread even after they’ve read it (can prove this with print screens taken showing they’d read my comments)

Would definitely not recommend and have no idea who the people leaving good reviews are, as they definitely failed to provide me with a good service or do any of what they said they would.

I could see from logging into my Instagram and checking other log ins that they didn’t even log into my account each day like they advertise.

Do not use.

Won’t refund me & ignore all emails.

Stay away, fake promises and horrible service

I was misled by all these wonderful reviews as my experience has been terrible. They promise you at least 400 new followers per month, 70% increase in engagement rates. I only got around 100 new followers in one month and a half, minus 74% content interaction in the last 30 days. What’s more when I asked to cancel my subscription they charged me a another month one week later. They followed more than 300 new accounts but are not unfollowing them in spite of numerous requests to get my account back as promised. Customer service is pathetic and only send you pacifying message but do not take any action.
STAY AWAY. Horrible service and false promises

I wish I could give them more stars.
Let's start by talking about the efficiency, friendliness, and kindness of the people behind it. I tortured Steven for a couple of hours with any question I could think of, and not only did he answer everything, but did so in the friendliest of ways, thus creating a bond, that helped me trust the company and give it a shot.

About the service. I couldn't believe I got assigned an account manager the same day. THE SAME DAY I tell you. Other agencies can take up to two weeks for this single task.
What came as an even bigger surprise was the fact that they begun working on the account on the next day! Simply incredible.
After the first week, I've seen some incredible results. Even if I tried my hardest I wouldn't be able to recommend them enough. Do give them a shot, you won't regret it.
