Delivery slot impossible to book

I’ve been calling all day. The call is answered by an automated system, you press 2 for booking a delivery slot and then wait. And wait. And wait. And nothing – except music being played.

I’ve just put the phone down after the latest attempt and a 12 minute wait. Very frustrating and appalling customer service when they've emailed me and asked me to contact them!

I’ve just taken a video of the latest experience, the phone call, the music, and the wait so I can share to their customer experience channels on social media.

Spoilt the whole experience of using this company.

Excellent from start to finish - amazing quality sofa at fantastic price, delivered quickly and phone call half an hour before it was delivered means not looking out of the window all day waiting!!

Sofa is in perfect condition - would never have known that it was ex-display. Delivery men were very professional and carried it up to the first floor and unwrapped and assembled the sofa.

Great product but the delivery timelines are unreliable. Delivery is not free and it’s promised to be within 3 weeks however I had to chase this with 3 days left before the 3 week mark and complain before I was given my delivery date.

We had a fantastic experience from ordering our sofa to delivery.
We were not ready to take delivery for a couple of months and this was no problem. The sofa arrived yesterday and the delivery guys were superb removing our old sofa and putting our new one in it's place. We will definitely be back in the future. 100% recommend 👌

I had two Sofa's delivered that were damaged, however Phil at Sofa Clearance was very apologetic and went above and beyond to make sure I got my Sofa in the end.

What can I say, A1 five star service, ordered off their website, received an email 2 weeks later for me to call and arrange a convenient delivery day, arranged for them to deliver on the Sunday (no extra cost for weekend delivery), all delivered to first floor flat (confirmed on telephone when arranging delivery), the delivery men where so polite and unwrapped everything and made sure everything was fine before they left, big shout out to Jack on the chat during the day when I was contacting them to make sure it was still going to be delivered as time was getting on, he was so patient with me and understanding, I'm just a panicker, but he assured me and informed me of the number the delivery men where doing in relation to the number I was (I was the last delivery) so don't be like me and panic, please be patient haha, I've now got myself a settee and 2 chairs that would have cost over £5000 for £1500 and no visible marks on them!!! Thankyou so much guys!!!
