We are really pleased with our new sofas. They are extremely comfortable and were excellent value for money. The ordering and delivery processes were very efficient. We will certainly use Sofah again.

So happy with our new sofas (Josie 2 seaters in grey). They have far surpassed our expectations and have received so many compliments from people too. The only downside is the long wait, but this is par for the course from all the leading (and far more expensive) big players in this industry. 8-10 weeks starts looking short! Customer service was excellent. We enquired about progress after 4 weeks and were given the exact date that manufacture was due to be completed and this all happened as we had been advised. Courier service excellent too and got very quick delivery date once contacted by them. It's wonderful to support local UK business - while we lounge in comfort we feel even better about that- especially when the product is so good. Absolutely recommend.

Absolutely delighted with my new sofa and swivel chair. I had heard horror stories about some of the big chains so tried a smaller business and I'm very glad I did. The price was competitive, the furniture was high quality and delivery was relatively quick. I would definitely recommend!

After visiting various furniture showrooms and sales staff appearing from every crevice we came across an advertisement from Sofah, we liked what we saw and decided to pay a visit and we were not disappointed in anyway, the young lady named Sammie new everything and all the options available to us however she explained it’s entirely up to us if we required anything to order and pay online simple as that, so we tried sitting on everything went home picked and paid, we were then told it would be 8to10 weeks, the whole thing went like clockwork and 8 weeks later I am sat on our new lovely furniture.
What a brilliant company and clockwork system, I don’t think anyone could be disappointed, give them a go!

From start to finish this has been a very good experience and to end up with a beautiful looking and comfortable sofa and two chairs is the icing on the cake.

Really happy with my sofas we ordered 2 X 3 seaters & placed a custom order for a chair & footstool in the same fabric but from a different range.There was dirty marks on sofas not sure if it was transit or at the factory but Sammy sorted a technician to remove stains & provided great Customer Service Thank you

I ordered the Archie 3 & 2 seater package. The sofas are really comfortable, look amazing and affordable! So glad I bought them!!!

We're happy with the sofas themselves, but the customer experience has unfortunately not been great. We ordered in May and they have just arrived (17th Sept). We were not kept up to date with delivery delays and I had to chase whenever we did not hear back about when they would leave the warehouse. I got the original email saying they would leave the warehouse to go to the courier in mid July so there were huge delays but this was not communicated to us and there was no apology at this point. As a first time buyer with no current sofa this two month delay was a huge inconvenience. It also took three attempts for them to deliver the sofas. The first time the delivery drivers noticed one of them was damaged so I rejected the delivery. The next time they tried to deliver in a full size lorry when it had been requested a small lorry was required due to a low bridge. The third time was successful, but the sofa arrived with the same damage - two tears. Sofah were apologetic and are sending someone round to repair them and threw in some free scatter cushions. Whilst we love the new sofas and think they are good VFM, four months on we're still waiting for repairs and the customer service has been very poor. There is no phone number to call and have a conversation which I think would be much easier than going back and forth via email.

Although a delayed delivery, we were kept up to date with details. Actual sofa is wonderful. Well made, classic design, good quality material. Hoping it will last! Would recommend Sofah when looking for a sofa and would buy from them again. UK made. Great value for money. Thank you.

Sofar was excellent- we ordered a set , online that we really wanted and it was on sale! We paid upfront- there was a delay that we were clearly informed about
- it arrive eventually and we are so pleased- it was everything described on line - the quality was above what we expected ( had Laura Ashley and M and S previously) so …. Longlivity … we will see . Thank you Sofar !

Extremely impressed by the customer service at Sofah. Receiving fast, informative and polite email replies from Sammy was the decider to risk buying a sofa and chair online from an unknown company. It’s all down to that point of contact Sammy, well done.

The bubblegum pink swatch I received next day didn’t do the beautifully upholstered Archie sofa I received justice. It’s a soft blush with a very slight nap so not a dull dense colour. Makes the room glow in certain lights. The style is perfect, I couldn’t be more delighted.

It’s not a squish sofa and the seat isn’t overly deep, something to bear in mind. On the upside I think it will remain supportive and smart looking for so much longer and certainly looks and neat. Appreciated the good range of colours.

Love love love the twister chair I bought on impulse, was only after a sofa… Best chair ever! Smooth action, deliciously comfortable, spacious. The design of lower back and arms prevents it from looking overbearing in my room. I’ve never had such a comfortable and versatile chair ever. I can sit nicely, loll about legs over the arms or curl up in it. Everyone should have one. Roll on winter by the stove.

As if all this wasn’t enough delivery was astonishingly fast and well priced to the Highlands compared to other companies. With fourteen days grace to return an item it’s totally safe to order online. Go on, get a twister for winter!

I'd spent over a year looking for a new sofa, sitting on so many, I found Sofah via instagram and ordered some swatches.Sammy was very helpful and prompt at answering my questions, without sitting on a Sofah sofa I ordered 2 Archie sofas and a footstool, I was kept informed re delivery and offered a 2 hour slot, I was notified when the drivers were 30 minutes away.
Friendly delivery men and fantastic service.
We love our new sofas, the quality is fantastic, they are so comfy, firmish but you sink into them.
I highly recommend them, great price too, we brought with 50% discount, great value.

A local Lancashire based company. We went to the showroom first, got fabric samples, before ordering on line. Sammy was extremely helpful. Ordered the Josie 3 & 2 seater in Midnight Velvet. It is beautiful, excellent quality and very comfortable. Also made in UK. It took about 10 weeks from ordering to delivery. I would highly recommend this company.

Our beautiful new Hugo sofas arrived this morning a week early, thanks to the efforts of Sammy and the team who pulled out all the stops to ensure delivery before our house move. We're thrilled with the sofas, which look fantastic. Thanks too to the delivery drivers who were super efficient and moved the rest of the living room furniture around for me!

Arrived on time and looked good but after a few weeks of use it's just not doing what a sofa should! It's velvet and basically the cushions just slowly slip along the sofa and up over the right hand arm rest as the evening progresses...this results in someone sitting in a gap where there is no cushion and then we have to rearrange all the cushions to get comfy so the sliding process can start again and to try and keep the sofa looking good. All I can think is that the nap on the velvet is all going sideways so it all slips along the sofa. It's REALLY ANNOYING and not at all what we wanted from a sofa. I contacted SOFAH about this and they've tried to be very helpful but as we didn't discover this problem within the 14 day period - we were renovating and didn't even unpack it for a few weeks after delivery - they sent out a sofa engineer to check it out; he thought it didn't have any obvious faults but agreed with us that sliding cushions are not what anybody wants from a sofa. It's just not what you want to slowly have the back cushion and seat cushion slide along the sofa so you fall down into a gap. Anyway SOFAH have now said they don't believe there's any fault - so why don't they come and sit on it for a night - and have offered us 2 scatter cushions RRP £25 as a good will gesture - Why so we can fill the gap said my partner??!!!! Laughable. I would give zero stars as we haven't ended up with a sofa we're happy with at all but the review system doesn't let me. They did try to help with customer service; but if I don't end up with a decent seat they haven't been effective have they. Come on SOFAH get it right and sort this sofa out.

Absolutely delighted with our purchase of a Tammy Chair & Banquette the quality and workmanship is fantastic - so so pleased … I would 100% recommend this company for anyone wanting Quality Furniture

Well, my experience with this company was excellent! We ordered the Blue Pippa sofa and chair. This sofa is so comfortable, fabric is soft and durable (we know this because we put the fabric sample through a few tests before we purchased 😃) and is very sturdy, it certainly feels made to a high standard! I am over the moon with it! Great value for money - if you catch the sale right 😉

Took delivery of my two sofas this morning. I’m thrilled to bits with them, they’re beautifully made and very comfortable. Superb value for money. Delivery men were extremely helpful - this is a 15th century cottage with tiny doorways - which thankfully proved no match for Kev and his driver.
It’s a pleasure to support a British company - will definitely use Sofah (Cavendish upholstery) again with no hesitation.

Both my sofa's arrived today... exactly when they were expected. I was kept in the loop right through the 10 week process. Delivery was slick and helpful... really impressive. Sofa's are gorgeous.. really pleased. Very comfy and appear extremely well made. The value for money is outstanding. Thanks to Sammy and Co for a stress free experience end to end. It's 5 stars from me.

We love our new sofa. Comfy and beautiful 2 seater Josie in purple. Very happy. Also, I had a problem with the delivery company and Sofah got onto it straight away and sorted everything.
