Great experience in the store in Paisley today. We were greeted politely by Cyril who explained the store layout and was professional and helpful without being “pushy” in fact he explained that the company policy was to behave really exactly as he did, his last advice at this time, make sure you sit and try the sofas you like. After a slow wander through the displays we were approached again by Cyril asking how we were getting on, we had found the sofa style we liked and together we set about compiling the set up and combination of items we needed. Cyril was very thorough in working through this with us and the order process. My wife and I were definitely in a “buying” mode when we entered the store however if your purchasing experience is a poor one then you wont always follow through, for both of us Cyril’s manner throughout was helpful, polite, & professional.

I used the website and made an error. I had already been in the store and expressed my interest regarding the Sofa I wanted to Cyril. When I ordered it Cyril spotted the error,contacted me and corrected it over the phone. Excellent service.

Everything quick, informative and professional although I was a wee bit put off by sales team continually approaching us to ask if we needed help before I was ready.

We had looked in 2 other stores before coming to Sofology to find what we were looking for.
I came in myself with my young daughter before my husband joined us later.
I didn't feel pressured by the staff and Brian, who helped us with measurements and honest pricing was lovely.

We returned to the same store after food and a long think about committing to buying. We sought out Brian because we felt assured by him initially. The sale and buying proceedure was very smooth and he was very down to earth. He is very child friendly too. All the staff there were friendly and welcoming. It's also great there is a toilet because not many stores have one, especially great with a young child.
