Ordered 2 months ago. I never received. They would not refund!!!! Had to put a 3 month claim with credit card. Company is the worst!!! Today I received a used small tshirt with Spanish writing on it!!! Wth now they’re going to say delivered. I had ordered black zip up sweatshirt not a used child’s tshirt. Company has no phone number and do not respond. Stay away beware

I’ve placed two orders with them at this point. The first order was a hoodie that came with a free pair of joggers. The hoodie fits fine, I would have preferred it to be a looser fit but it is what it is. The joggers were way too small so I gave them to my grandma. While everything is soft at first, I have felt and own clothing g that is softer, and when it is washed it looks and feels like you’ve owned it for 10+ years. The second order I placed was for a second pair of joggers in a larger size and it came with a free zip up hoodie. These joggers are still too small and I plan on sending them back. I find it unusual that this company is almost always offering a free item with your purchase. It seems as though they know the clothing is poor quality, which it is, and they are desperate to get rid of it. I’ve also received some emails from that they look like spam and are asking me to review the company and clothing on Facebook with instructions to give it 5 stars. Yet on the website they show 10,000+ reviews yet you can go through their actual website to review the clothing. Over all the clothing isn’t worth it and the company/marketing communications seem very suspicious.

Clothing that is sewn inside out to have the illusion of being soft...and too expensive. They were also advertising a promo where you got a free hoodie with every order but with special no instructions on how to get it even though you had to find the listing and add the extra one to your cart so I didn’t get the free one. Pretty lame experience all together

If I’d known they were inside out, I never would have purchased. Awful. I cannot understand why they would make such a bizarre choice in the first place then not even mention it on product pages. The colours you end up with do not look how they’re represented online. Avoid!!

I ordered matching sweatshirts for my daughter and I in bubble pop hoodies spent over $130. They came in a timely manner, I opened the package they were very pretty and I felt them to see how soft they were..I have felt softer, but they were nice. I felt inside the pocket to see if just as soft and found a huge hole where they missed sewing the seam. I got online to call to see about an exchange and you can ONLY contact them by email. I sent them an email telling them the issue and that I just wanted an exchange. I got an email back the next day saying I would get a response within 2-3 business days. Three days later I received an email stating that I would have to mail it back and they would send an exchange if they had the item in stock. I would have to PAY return shipping for a DEFECTIVE item..and only maybe get the same item it would depend on if they had my size in that color still in stock!!

There should be an option to leave zero stars on these sites, specifically for scam companies like Soft Serve Clothing that habitually participate in fraudulent business practices. Seriously, everything about this company is a joke...from the lack of communication and follow through to the ghastly "customer service" and thin, cheap, poorly made product itself. All of it is atrocious.

I ordered the Witches Brew tie-dye hoodie back in October and never would have received any information about it at all had I not taken the initiative myself and constantly hounded this company about my order. The only communication I ever received from the company about my order (that wasn't first prompted by ME reaching out to THEM) was the order confirmation email letting me know that my order was received and that the funds were taken from my account.

Beyond that, I had to reach out a ridiculous amount of times over the next two months to get any kind of update whatsoever on my order. What should've been a simple business transaction in turn shifted into the most ridiculously frustrating experience I've ever had with a company. After the first two months with no update whatsoever, Soft Serve's "customer care" team offered me an order cancellation and refund. I graciously accepted. Instead of actually processing the cancellation and refund, however, Soft Serve instead magically created the shipping label for my order AND SENT IT TO ME. Like, WHAT?!?!?! You can't ship my order or tell me any details whatsoever for TWO MONTHS and then when I accept the order cancellation and refund SOFT SERVE OFFERED ME, they suddenly ship me the product?! Not cool. At all.

Once the shipping label was created, it was all downhill even further from there. In order to return your products to Soft Serve, they make you follow all these ridiculous steps/processes. In my opinion, they have all these stipulations in place because they hope you'll miss a step and that you'll screw up the return just so they can avoid refunding you your hard-earned money.

To keep this as brief as possible, I'll quickly summarize the rest of my experience. By the time my order finally arrived, I'd already had enough of this scam company and just wanted my money back. I'd luckily thoroughly scanned their website about how to process returns by this point, so I quickly completed the RMA sheet and sent the product back to them without even opening the package. Soft Serve claims all returns have to be sent back unwashed and unworn (again, another stipulation clearly put in place to avoid refunding the full purchase price of customers' orders), so I wanted to make sure there was no confusion whatsoever about the state of my hoodie and the fact that it didn't even make it out of its original packaging.

On top of everything else, Soft Serve doesn't cover return shipping costs (which really doesn't align with their incredibly vague 100% Amazement Guarantee policy, but I digress), so I was further upset that I had to waste even more money on this upsetting experience, but it was worth it just to get my purchase price back. By the way...quick side note...the hoodie I ordered that clearly wasn't made in the US as the company claims, wasn't worth more than $14.99 TOPS. Such a joke.

Anyway, even though I followed proper protocol and carefully kept an eye on my return package's tracking (make sure you sign up for all tracking alerts so you know exactly when your package gets back to them. Otherwise, they'll claim they magically can't find your return and again refuse to refund you), I never received a willing refund from Soft Serve Clothing. Thank goodness my bank had my back and forced Soft Serve to refund me, but otherwise...I never would've gotten that money back. I'm sure of it.

TLDR: DO NOT BUY. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. IT'S MOST DEFINITELY A SCAM AND THE PRODUCTS ARE INCREDIBLY CHEAP AND CLEARLY SOURCED FROM CHINA. AVOID A MONTHS-LONG HEADACHE AND BUY A HOODIE ELSEWHERE.

This company should be shut down for illegally advertising products they can’t even source the raw materials for, yet immediately charge your credit card. They have no customer service phone number, so you spend countless hours emailing them, only to get a generic “cut & pasted” reply asking for your patience and using Covid as an excuse as to why they can’t fulfill orders. Facebook should permanently ban them from advertising, as it’s all a huge scam. Exchanges are pointless, as the buyer has to pay to ship the merchandise back, and then you get an email weeks thereafter saying they no longer have the size and color you originally wanted. You then need to dispute your charges with your credit card company. It’s beyond exhausting doing business with these people. Don’t waste your time! No sweatshirt is worth the enormous brain damage you will go through with Soft Serve Clothing. Completely unacceptable. Shop elsewhere!

Do NOT order - what a scam! They did an email campaign launching a new color. A week later I have heard NOTHING! I sent an inquiry & git a BS response, pandemic, delay in materials, etc - meaning they did NOT have the product when they charged me! And even in their response there is NO EXPECTED DATE of shipment! I requested a full refund- not acceptable.

Sigh....I wish I found this online review blog before I ordered from this company. Their products are awful and definitely not worth the price!!! They spent lots of money running FB and Instagram ads, only posts 5 star reviews that seems very deceptive and unreal on their website. I must say that the reason why their sweats are soft is because they are sewed INSIDE OUT, so the softer side of sweat shirt that normally inside is outside instead. When you touch the inside of the fabric, it feels very cheap and rough! It’s definitely not worth the price. However, the products were shipped super fast and I received it within a week and they were responsive to my email return requests. I got my money back within 2 weeks after they received the items. Hence I gave 3 stars.

I must mention the return process is a pain in the butt. You are required to contact them for a form, then print it out to include it in the package. Then you have to PAY for return shipping on your own. Make sure you save the TRACKING NUMBER if you need to return or exchange anything with them. They don’t have a system to track your return items. When I emailed them to confirm whether they received the items, they asked me the tracking number multiple times since they don’t bother to make a note of it.

Be aware when you order stuff from a company that only posts 5 star reviews, that’s just unrealistic.

Only one star as I can’t give none. Hoodie is nothing special soft on outside but just feels like a normal hoodie turned inside out. Dreadful customer service, why would I track a £40 hoodie, after waiting nearly two months having returned item I have yet to receive my refund. Next time an ad like this pops up on Instagram go to “irrelevant” as it all seems like a scam, highly disappointed all round.

I have ordered three items at separate times and was very pleased with the product and the prompt turnaround. On February 17 I ordered a hoodie and it was never shipped but I was charged for it. I sent many emails and have received no response. I haven’t been able to find a phone number. But I keep getting text messages from SoftServe advertising.As of this date I will not be buying from them again.

Would give zero stars if I could. This is an extremely fraudulent company. They basically sent me an inside-out hoodie that’s terrible quality, and it took weeks just to find some way to contact them for a return. They refused to send me a way to return it (despite their “amazement guarantee”). After a lot of complaining, they sent me a “return sheet”. No address to send it to, and no return label. They demanded that I pay for the return myself. For their products to be outrageously overpriced and such poor quality, I would expect them to offer free returns, or at least have SOME disclaimer SOMEWHERE on the website saying returns aren’t free. They also delete any negative feedback on their Facebook page to make it seem like their business isn’t fraudulent. Scammers!

Soft Serve Clothing is a joke.

Firstly the only thing that makes their sweats soft is they sew them inside out so the softer side is on the outside.

I bought a hoodie for my hubs October 27. No info until inquired November 17 and they apologized for delay in shipping. They ran 2 sales before it was shipped and I asked if I could get the better discount since it had still not shipped and they said no but I’d be getting a $25 gift certificate to make up for it. Then nothing but stalling tactics until it arrived December 19, almost 8 weeks for something supposedly in stock and ready to ship. In that time I was told by customer service it was on the way but they didn’t know where it was or when it would arrive and there was nothing else they could do.

Now they have another huge sale and I go to use my “gift certificate” and they say I can’t because it is considered a discount and promotion and cannot be combined with any other offers. A gift certificate that is to be a thank you should not have restrictions. Don’t buy from them.

Horrible, fraudulent company. The parent company, Linear Designs Inc. owns several other businesses, all with similar terrible complaints and all companies clearly rife with fraudulent business practices. Run FAR away from this joke of a business unless you wanna induce a migraine and front a bill for anger management classes.

The clothes aren’t made in the USA, aren’t made with quality fabric, aren’t worth more than $14.99, and aren’t sold by a company than gives a flying flapjack about its hardworking, HONEST customers.

Ask yourself why a company would immediately block someone that has a legitimate question or complaint. Ask yourself why a company would make YOU reach out about the product you still haven’t heard a peep about after two months with zero communication. Ask yourself why you’d all of a sudden magically receive a shipping notification out of the blue the day after you request an order cancellation and refund. THEN ask yourself why you have to pay to return the product you said you no longer wanted in the first place.

I can’t think of a single redeeming quality about this company or its products. You’re better off at Walmart. Don’t bother.

Definitely soft extremely comfortable I wouldn't of taken it off after wearing it for over 24hours. But my cat loves it to and sat on my lap and its covered in cat fur now!! But i love it i will be buying again

Terrible, transparent material with a HOLE in the pocket. The company is ignoring my emails to return this crap. They say d they would send a return shipping label and none arrived, and now they’re ignoring me. Do not spend your hard earned money here. I feel foolish that I did. Scamming, corrupt, terrible business!!

I waited two months for my hoodie to arrive, having to check in a couple of times to make sure it was still coming. It did finally show up but felt basically like an inside-out everyday hoodie. Not impressed at all. I had to pay to ship it back, then I waited another TWO FULL MONTHS, requiring ADDITIONAL REPEATED REMINDERS, finally DEMANDING my $69 back before they finally gave me a refund. Disappointed with quality, very disappointed with service. Highly recommend avoiding doing business with them.

I received my hoodie today. I’m not sure what I was supposed to receive but I did receive the 3XL hoodie. I also received two additional hoodies which were the 2XL I emailed the company about. Unknown if this was their attempt at rectifying the situation as it was a Mystery Box. If it was, (I think it was), thank you for your decision Soft Serve. That’s the definition of character!

Made a mistake in my size when ordering. Contacted the company who you can only contact through email. They did not return my email until after they shipped my item. What follows is my communication with them...

This is the third message I’m sending regarding this order. I apologize for the multiple messages but I’m attempting to change the size ordered before you ship this item. I ordered a 3XL but I only needed one size up. I wear an XL hoodie so based your sizing requirements I’d need a 2XL. I still hope to get this changed before you send the shipment out if that’s at all possible to avoid the return/exchange hassle. Thank you.

As a customer I reached out after I made a mistake in ordering my size. I have no way of contacting the company but through email. I didn’t wait 3 days. I reached out right away. Your response (several days later) is to tell me you ordered a 3XL and and you can’t change it as your order has shipped? This is my introduction to your store. In a time when small businesses are struggling, people are struggling, I respond to an ad and purchase your product and this is your response? What am I supposed to do with a 3XL hoodie? Tell everyone how much I enjoyed my oversized hoodie from Soft Serve clothing...? My original email was sent on Sunday. I didn’t get a response until today. This could already have been cleared up but you guys chose not to. Thank you for an amazing experience!

I ordered two hoodies from this company. One needed to be returned for a larger size. They said no problem. It has taken 3 weeks and have not received the return or any information from them. The one I kept is nice, but had better quality elsewhere. Their prices seem rather high and are always sending info about sales. I would think twice before ordering from here.

I tried for over two weeks with this company for them to fix their error of sending the wrong size zip up. By the time they finally got their end together they no longer have the item. The quality is extremely cheap compared to how they advertise it almost falls apart. When I told them I was planning on buying a full line of clothing for my employees that I need them to fix this error they continued giving me the runaround told me they needed to figure out how to get a shipping label took them a week and they never even did that! I thought when I told them that I was interested in a large order they would make things right and when it was all said and done I told them it was unnecessary to contact me anymore and they said OK, no problem! In times like this when we are all trying to keep our business is open I would think somebody would be trying a little bit harder when they’re charging this much for items that are not actually the quality that they miss represent! I rarely leave reviews but wanted to make sure To expose this is not the people you want to buy anything from!
