Quick and easy to purchase, however the software was not able to be installed due to a clash with existing software. I didn't want to uninstall the existing software to try and get both working. I reached out to them and the responded very quickly to discuss the issue.
Software master refunded my purchase quickly when it was clear there wasn't a suitable way forward.
I would have given them 5 stars if it was noted as an issue on the purchase page as I think the clash would be a common one.

The price was excellent, the product as advertised. A few hiccups from the windows download due to the fact I didn't download the 64bit version. Otherwise the experience was good and I can recommend the site, Softwaremasters.

UPDATE after getting a message the item is out of stock and then requesting win10 pro and a refund of the difference I got an email with all the directions to download and the activation code with in one hour for the win 11 pro.
So I must say I am impressed with the service and would rate them at 4 stars now.

I am very pleased with my purchase from Softwaremaster. They are quick and efficient and good value for money, although there was a slight glitch in my receiving the software key which ended up in the spam folder where the rest of the correspondence came to my inbox. This fault I cannot attribute to Softwaremaster but to the email system.

In my search for a good place to purchase an Office suite of programs I came across a number of sites that looked very appealing in terms of the product offered and price
However on further investigation I found that if I had purchased from a couple of them that I wouldn't be able to reinstall the software if for example I do a reformat/clean install subsequently on one of those computers/ or on any other computer
Also further investigation started to give me some concerns that some sites may be a bit of a scam, re the download infecting my computer; and giving them my credit card details may be a bit of a risk too
I ended up finding Software Master through Trustpilot, and very thankful that I did

It is legit website. I bought the key for MS Office with pretty good price compared with other websites. After paid, I got the key send to my email immediately and the key worked! I have been using MS Word and there is no problem at all.

Was fairly straight forward installation. Good value.
I got stuck with an error message the first time I tried to install MSProject, but when I tried it again it worked fine.
