Purchased Win10 Home product key. Arrived immediately via email. Didn't work. Opened chat - flagged the issue. Got an immediate response, clearly not a bot. Asked me for a screenshot of the failed key message. Attached a screenshot showing that the key didn't work. Had a new key via the chat in a couple of minutes. New key worked. Can't really complain about that level of service, and saved $$. 4 stars because the first key didn't work.

I purchased the MS project and it was easy to install

Brought the product key, and it was sent instantly. Very happy, I was a bit worried but works perfectly.

I liked, quick response to my emails, even though they were in late Perth hours. So give stars for the communication. As I did not attempt to install purchased software (OS) as yet, I cant comment on validity of sold licenses. Delivery of the license through email was instant.

Read about Softwaremaster when assessing Key 24 and having worries with the latter. Found Softwaremaster to be true to other ppl's publicity of it: efficient, down to earth, and with pricing significantly below MS - but the same product. Initial qs to them answered by a person because the writer had understood exactly what I was asking - so not a cut and paste.

Had Office Pro 2013 on my Pc and all fine till, my Outlook domain stopped working via my provider which goes via Microsoft. Seems some upgrade carried out and my provider came to the conclusion, I needed to upgrade.
