If I could give 0 stars I would. Customer service is beyond terrible. You can’t get through on the phone and they are very slow to respond to emails. After 3 weeks I tried cancel order and they didn’t respond until after I went through my credit card company. All the sudden they are now responding. Buy from them at your own risk

I ordered something on the 26th of last month and its the 5th and i still havent received my order and when i try to track my order i have to download an app and the app isnt even accurate and wont tell me when my order is supposed to even arrive anything you can get from here i would just go to your local shop or amazon

BASIC INFO:
Stunningly great customer service - very quick, easy, no hassle refund for inoperable product.
TOO MANY DETAILS:
Based on a stellar review on bedible.com, I ordered the Big Mouth 3 in 1 Tongue Sucking and Licking Clitoral Vibrator.
Shipping speed was fine, & the item was packaged well.
I charged it before first use, and it mostly worked. Sadly, the motor’s ability to increase power levels failed.
I did a ton of t-shooting so I could describe the exact problem.
I reached out to their customer service via the ‘contact us’ form on their site.
Within 24 hours, they requested a video of the malfunction.
I sent the video.
9/24 -Within 24 hours, they offered me a replacement or refund.
I chose a refund.
9/25 - Within 14 hours, they offered 3 methods to refund me.
I chose original payment method.
9/26 Within 24 hours, the money was in my account.
This is ideal. And it makes me more willing to try another product from SOHIMI.

Late to arrive
The toy was a little too short for me but other than that good. My biggest complaint was that it took 10 days for the product to arrive. It was supposed to arrive in 4 days.

penis sizes need to be up front
First, you're products need to be labeled as for small , medium or larger penises. I read the info on my latest purchase, and thought it might work for me. Wrong again, it has good depth, but the girth part is not good for me. You should find, or have masturbators that are designed and made for girthier penises. And label as such for bigger dicks.
