Great product, great staff
I chose my light fixture but had difficulty choosing the correct light bulb, so I called for help, the receptionist was very helpful, professional and went through with me the different looks for the bulbs, I chose one and am so pleased, its great when you can get help with things you are not sure of. My light looks fantastic and so does the bulb especially as the light is glass

Very high quality products and excellent customer service. We called for advice about a product and received helpful advice. I unfortunately ordered one incorrect item. The return was facilitated quickly and easily. The only negative was that returns (for an exchange) were not free.

Super products and customer service - we had ordered some of Soho Lightings gorgeous dimmer switches, which unfortunately had a few issues. After I had sent some videos, to show what was happening, there was no hesitation at all in replacing them. Such excellent customer service and such a great product. Thank you, Soho Lighting!

I have spent a lot of money with Soho…
I have spent a lot of money with Soho and am very happy with the product. The only slight feedback I have is that I ordered the wrong switches for a particular room because I was confused by the intermediate stuff… my fault, I know, but it cost me £100 because I missed the 28-day return period. Beautiful products though, just make sure you do your research 🧐
UPDATE: After posting the above review, Soho contacted me and offered to sort out my return even though it was over their policy date. It was all my own mistake, so this extra service was above and beyond, and I cannot speak highly enough of this company. Will be using again for the rest of our home renovations for sure.

Sunset 1800K light bulbs…
I ordered some sunset 1800K light bulbs as I wanted dim but very warm amber lighting in my lounge at night time. Products are good quality and add a nice warm ambient glow to my room. I've got them in various different light fittings all around the room, and it's made my space very cosy and relaxing.

Fine but not again
I bought the primed and paintable sockets and I wouldn’t say they are primed and ready to go at all, you still need to sand and get them ready yourself. I bought ‘nicer’ ones from soho lighting for my kitchen but elsewhere in the house have a cheaper companies and I would stick with them going forward. The price I don’t think is fully justified

Our sockets are supplied with a specialist primer that is designed to be paint-ready, but as with any primed surface there are several factors that can influence how well paint adheres.
For best results we always recommend ensuring the surface is completely clean and dry prior to painting. Some customers also choose to lightly sand the surface with a fine-grit sandpaper to help the paint key more effectively.
Applying paint in thin, even coats with a smooth roller and using a high-quality paint brand can also make a significant difference to the final finish.
