Flat back earrings a god send for newly pierced ears
Simply the best for newly pierced ears. Cannot recommend highly enough.
My daughter’s ears were irritated for months after being pierced. We kept them clean & they were not getting better after 10 months!
We found solace flat back earrings & have never looked back. My daughters ears healed so well. We’re so pleased.

I really wanted these to work
I really wanted these to work. Got the for my teenager who has a physical disability and sensory issues. Wanted them to stay in a lot of the time. They are very very difficult to get in and out - we do need to take the out at some point. Also, they are not secure- twice we have lost earrings because they just randomly fall out. The most difficult earrings to deal with. Ended up going to Tish Lyon instead and they put in a pair of theirs - they offer free switch outs etc if you have a few pairs too and give you a threading tool for changing. Sorry solace but spent too much now on buying replacements and replacement backs. Won’t be buying again.

Great customer service
I have ordered earrings from Solace multiple times. They have a lovely range for my daughter who likes the animal and seasonal designs. For the first time we had a problem with the quality of one of her earrings after she had only worn it a couple of times. I contacted Solace and they replied very quickly and offered a refund or replacement. We chose a replacement and it arrived a couple of days later. The whole process took less than a week and I couldn't be happier with their customer service.

I ordered the chain which was incredibly short around the neck. In order to get a refund or exchange you need to pay for the shipping. Waste of money.

Starting to think this is a scam after reading reviews and looking at comments on instagram. My order turned up and I was disappointed with the size and quality of the earrings so started a return. Not an easy process and now having to wait for further instructions on how to return the items. Not holding out much hope for ever getting a refund.

This is now my go-to for all my jewellery. I have no issues with sore or red ears. The earrings are great and I have 5 piercings in each ear. The necklaces are also super. Highly recommend. Great if not too much detail on the earring
I found this company originally after my daughter had her ears pierced because I wanted better quality earrings and flat backs so she would be more comfortable than the earrings I would wear. After my daughter’s success I ordered some myself and with considerably more earrings than my daughter I ordered a few pairs and cartridge earrings. Overall I am really pleased and happy with them but am unable to give any more stars purely because one pair which is a flower with little diamonds for the petals. Which I loved! After a few months of wear (and I do wear every day and sleep in them) all the diamonds have fallen out of one and the other only has a few left. Aside from that I love the company and I would have ordered from them since I just wouldn’t get anything in that style as they don’t seem to last well with everyday wear.
*** Update after this review the company reached out to me and have now provided a replacement to my earrings they were extremely nice and very helpful in getting this resolved so changing to 5 stars because of this I have continued to order since my review and this is now my go to place for my earrings and jewellery if I could rate 10 I would !!! I would advise any issue to contact this company because they really do want you to have a good experience and genuinely care about their customers which is rare.

I’ve ordered numerous times off this website and I’m very happy with every single item!
The products are brilliant, shipping is fast, they have a great loyalty scheme (I’ve received free earrings and money off vouchers) and never had an issue.
This is now the only shop I will purchase earrings from for not only myself but also my young daughter.
The flat back earrings are perfect for her for school/ activities and I prefer them now too as they are so comfortable but all of their earring are fantastic!
Highly recommend to anyone who is thinking about purchasing!
