I found these on Facebook so was exceedingly sceptical & cynical at first. But unlike pretty much every other 'company' advertising on there, these were polite, & dealt with sincerity from the start. They didnt chase or bombard you with calls but only repeat called you back in a timely manner if you missed their call. Spoke to Hastings, the owner. Knows his stuff, and even shared some free CG Info with me. It's just a shame I didnt find these guys 2 years ago. Altnough I didnt get a quote to find out their levellings as i didnt need them in the end so cant comment on that, but i found him completely honest & helpful, even though our pairing/scenario wasnt the greatest fit (for either of us), knowing which benefitted us both. But seemingly pretty much transparent & honest, (although a little bit pushy on the post review enquiry ;)), but other than that, give them a call, get a quote, and save hassle and time. I'm sure they'd negotiate to get things done. These types of companies are a great idea. Especially when they're polite and efficient like this one ;). This was a situation where a tenant had left the property in a terrible state and also that I needed to get to market and sell as the mortgage loan repayment was overdue.
Very pleased to say that I had already made contact with Hastings of Solacium Properties who then took over the property, did a great job of cleaning and refurbishment and put the property on the market
Solacium covered all the costs of the refurbishment and all fees for estate agent and solicitor.
A buyer was found quickly and the property is now sold.
Excellent service I would highly recommend and I am now negotiating with Hastings for the sale of another of my properties, looking forward achieve a sale in the same manner.
