ASHP service
We have had our ASHP serviced by Solaris Energy for a number of years. From the initial contact, through the service, to the invoicing the staff have been friendly, helpful and efficient. I can’t fault any of them. Our last service was carried out recently by Adrian who was knowledgeable and very helpful. I would highly recommend this company.

Solaris had serviced my ground source neat pump before, so naturally I asked them to come again. The engineer was knowledgeable and also organised. He did a good job and prepared a comprehensive report. I would certainly expect to use Solaris again.

1st class job done by Solaris
1st class job done by Solaris. Great work servicing my heat pump, and all done with a smile too. I also had an actuator replaced on the under floor heating. It controlled a part of the kitchen floor that never got warm. So, after ordering the actuator, Alex came and fitted it free of charge. Outstanding! He also balanced the system, something else that hadn’t been done before. All arrangements were made through Colleen, and my heat pump has never worked better. Very happy to recommend this firm.

Annual Service
The engineer came round to do an annual service. He was friendly, helpful and efficient. He spent time explaining things that my husband was unclear on.

Fault finding on ground source system
Superb prompt service and was able to sort out a problem that had been outstanding for 2 years on a complex ground source system

I contacted Solaris Energy to help with my Nibe F370 system that was showing an error code. The receptionist was very helpful and arranged for a call out the next day...Adrian attended as arranged and kept me updated on his arrival time etc..He was very helpful and knowledgeable and left my system running efficiently which I am very happy with.
I would definitely recommend Solaris Energy to anyone that needs advice/help with their heat pump/ system configuration. A☆☆☆☆☆

Mixed bag
They installed an ASHP and full heating system for us, plus the option to do under-floor cooling in summer. A quite complex system, and the execution was overall competent.
Their prices are not cheap, and there ended up being over £3000 of extra costs by the end. For that we expected a much better service, fewer delays (many weeks) and a greater attention to detail -- we still have loose electric cables and non-insulated pipes in the various rooms, and malfunctioning controllers, months after commissioning.
(I'll also update this review in summer when we've checked how well the cooling works)

We are sorry to hear the project took longer than expected and I understand one of our technicians has since been in touch regarding the insulation and cabling to ensure this gets sorted.
