Courtney & Chloe were positive & responsive as my initial points of contact in the back office. I wasn't present when the movers arrived to collect the shipment, but the feedback I was given was they were professional and got the job completed quickly.

Very happy with the team who came to pack & collect my belongings ready for shipment to Canada.
They were pleasant, courteous & easy to have in the house
Answered any questions helpfully & worked efficiently & quietly.&

The packing crew was wonderful! How lovely and efficient they were. They packed everything so quickly.

I wanted to just let the company know how helpful, friendly, and efficient John in the packing team was during our packing. I also wanted to thank him for his hard work and professionalism during our move. His efficiency, care, and attention to detail made the entire process so much smoother and less stressful for us. We appreciate his friendliness and the effort he put in to ensure everything arrived safely. The hard work did not go unnoticed, and we are truly grateful. Thank you again for a job well done!

The service from Solaris has been exceptional so far. From first contact and quotes with Chloe, then Courtney taking over as Move Manager, all my queries have been answered promptly and I’ve been left feeling reassured. The packing crew Richard, Louis, and Cayden did an exceptional job on the day. Very polite, courteous, and friendly lads who couldn’t do enough to ensure that everything went smoothly. They worked really hard to get everything packed up and shipped off in good time. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I thought the 2 men crew were very efficient. Though on the 4th floor with a lift, it did not phase them. Most of things were boxed. The things that were not boxed they boxed up for us.
Would recommend

Efficient customer service. Regular communications on progress. Goods relocated in time frame quoted.

Susan from Solaris arranged everything from customs to delivery. Restrictions on unloading is a challenge where I live. However, she found a solution and made delivery possible. A lovely lady who always answered emails and phone calls. With the distance it could have been fraught with all kinds of issues but Solaris proved to be experts.

Great crew, came on time and did the job professionally.
Worked around and solved any problems.
Quick and efficient.
Good price.
Thanks!

Excellent service provided.
Thank you Susan. Much appreciated

I had the pleasure of meeting Craig and Reuben from Solaris relocation.
They came with a friendly yet professional attitude and made the process smooth and effortless.

I highly recommend them to anyone I know.

My son chose Solaris Relocations to move his valued possessions that we had stored for him to his new home in Australia. This included some heavy music gear and fragile instruments but no large items so only one person was needed for the move.
J Goodyer arrived at the stated time and started by taking off his shoes (even though we said he didn't need to) to protect our carpets.
He was polite, fast and efficient packing everything and very strong, being able to carry the bubble wrapped items to his van.
I would not hesitate to recommend Solaris for their service collecting these goods.

Absolutely brilliant company! The packing crew, Mark & Martin were extremely efficient and highly professional. They made a very difficult and stressful situation go seamlessly. Thank you. The quoting was very accurate and the ladies replied to my emails within minutes. I would VERY highly recommend Solaris relocation!!!

Frequent and clear communication for the months leading up to delivery, and excellent service on the day.

Planned a recent relocation with Solaris
Have been really satisfied with the service so far
Have had interaction with John , Richard the packing team (Matt and another guy )
So smooth and prompt so far
Reduces the anticipated anxiety that is common with relocating
Had a quote from quite a few companies
But the transparency and professionalism that I have experienced with Solaris has been incredible

Excellent service and great customer service. Open communication and very helpful.

We are satisfied with the service that Solaris provided. Highly recommend.

From Notts in the UK to North East Thailand.. an important archive of about 500kg of video masters and some bits.
The BEST surprise was the whole $100 I had to pay customs.. we usually expect to feel some pain here but Solaris team in Bangkok = perfecto.

Solaris relocations were very professional from start to finish, our container went through the shipping, customs and delivery smoothly, our goods arrived packed and in perfect condition.

Solaris made the move from the UK to Australia pain free. From the off, they came back with a competitive quote and delivered on it from there. Hugely helpful team throughout who clearly guided us both in the office and packing on site. Clear timeframes, tracking and connection with the ground crew on the other end. Couldn't be happier with how everything went.
